Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution. A minimum GPA of 3.25 (on a 4.00 scale) in the last 60 hours of their first bachelor's degree program is required.

Prequisites Applicants need a minimum 3.25 GPA in the last 60 bachelor’s hours or a relevant master’s degree. GRE is waived for ASU computer science or systems engineering graduates, but at-home GRE tests are not accepted. Deficiency courses, if assigned, must be completed with a grade of "C" or higher within two semesters.
