• I do not have a proof for the percentage of students securing jobs but I would say around 70% secures employment within 6 months of completing the course.
• The average salary range that the students can expect after graduation is $40,000 to $100,000 per year. Northwell Health is an organization that hires a lot of graduates from my program.
• Students usually follow all kinds of ways to find a job since its difficult. From networking with the current employees to cold emailing, they try everything.
   

• In my first semester I opted for on-campus hostel, which is the graduate residence hall, and after that I moved out and took a room on a rented house.
• I found my accommodation through a local real estate listing called nassaucountyoffcampus.com
  The monthly rent on my current house is $1150 per month.
• I get a room with double bed and plenty of space, sofa, study table, center table, cloth stand; I have a common kitchen and toilet. The rent also includes utilities like electricity, wifi, water and heating.
• I faced no challenges in securing accommodation because I always search in advance.
• My recommendation would be to not opt on-campus housing as it is very expensive and use the website I mentioned to get a room on rent. You can get a single room for $800 or a double room like mine for $1200.
   

A lot of the upperclassmen find really good internships and jobs in the city and from what I have heard, finding a good job right after college isn't that hard since they give you so many resources to do so.

They had a really good drama department with a BA in Drama which allowed me to double major and also minor in musical theatre. My other major, psychology is also really good at Hofstra and they make sure your schedule fits everything.
