7 October 2025: MIT will be accepting applications for the MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, with the portal opening on September 15 and the deadline on December 1. The application fee is $90 (approx. ₹7,986) for international students. Check program details.

21 July 2025: MIT has announced key admission dates for its following programs:

  • Master of Business Analytics (MBAn): Application deadline – January  5, 2026; Decision notifications by March  5, 2026.
  • Master of Finance (MFin): Application deadline – January  5, 2026; Admission decisions released by March  10, 2026. Check programs.

9 July 2025: MIT has announced the application deadlines for the Master of Applied Science (M.A.Sc.) in Supply Chain Management program for the Fall 2026 intake. International applicants can apply in three rounds: Round 1 closes on October 31, 2025; Round 2 on January 30, 2026; and Round 3 on March 31, 2026. Check details.

4 July 2025: Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) has updated the tuition fee for its MBA program for the 2025–2026 academic year. The total cost is now $89,000 (approx. ₹75.02 lakhs), which includes a mandatory MBA program fee of $2,200 per year. This marks an increase from the previous tuition fee of $84,350. Check details.

27 June 2025: The MIT Sloan School of Management has released the MBA application deadlines for the 2025-26 cycle.

  • Round 1: Apply by September 29, 2025; decisions out by December 2025

27 May 2025: MIT has released the updated Cost of Attendance for undergraduate admissions for 2025–2026. Tuition has increased to $64,310 (₹54.9 lakhs) and the total cost before aid is now $89,340 (₹76.3 lakhs). 

Massachusetts Institute of Technology admissions for international students are open from mid-August to early January of the following year. MIT MBA Admissions 2026

The MIT Sloan School of Management offers an MBA program with a highly competitive admissions process. Prospective students can apply through the official portal at applymitsloan.mit.edu/register/apply.
