My View on Yenepoya University, Bangalore Campus

Likes

I came here hoping for no campus Life but was thrilled to know that we have two campus one being an actual college campus and the other being classes in a corporate building.
All the faculties are young but teach very well and in a easy and fun to learn manner.
The campus provides many facilities including a gym, computer lab, library, football and basketball grounds etc.

Dislikes

Attendance is a major priority, if you have less attendance then you might not be able to write the exam

Placement Experience:

I think students are eligible for campus placements from 4th or 5th semester. Many companies visit yenepoya for various offers. I think the average offer placed as of now is 4LPA. And I am not sure about the percentage of students getting places. I plan to take up mba after completing my bca degree

Likes

The college is good and it is like a it hub
There is sports facilities in the college
We have break time after 10 Oo clock.there is a scheduled timetable

Dislikes

Faculty’s need to improve their study’s in teaching field
Students are not having proper help desk
Security’s are irritating students by disturbance

Course Curriculum Overview:

Exams are conducted in 3hrs scheduled timing. There will be papers for writing exam .the exam is intermediate level .faculty's are very strict in exam hall.if they found any bits they will throw you out

My life in yenepoya

Likes

The faculty are friendly and stand with students .
The library and canteen is wonderful and properly functional
The surrounding is clean and hygienic. It give a proper environment to focus on study

Dislikes

The campus is not very spacious and the college is only on two floor
The curriculum is very low standard and basic
The exams are too regular, the gap between the exams is to short .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because nowadays the world is enhanced by AI . So in the future when I get a nice job I'll get nice salary and life will be settled. They are two extra course IBM and TCS . By studying this we get our placements quickly. For internals the time duration is 1hr and semester exam the time duration is 3 hrs

Life in yenepoya

Likes

Well furnished building and studying environment which helps in concentration
The college is located in an it hub , and the space around is clean and tidy
The faculties are well understanding and helpful

Dislikes

The holidays are less comparing to other colleges
The fees are comparatively higher than other colleges
The syllabus of the course is Mostly basic

The curriculum is so basic so real life application is not very practical enough, the exams are so often .the interval between the exams are very short. They need to increase the gap between the exams and use a difficult curriculum

My review for the college Yenepoya

Likes

This is good college. I like the infrastructure. It is a new college. The college is inside the international company IBM. They assured that we would get placement in IBM or TCS or any other high company.
The teachers are very friendly. The college has a really good gym. All classes have centralised air conditioning.

Dislikes

There are some things that I dislike. Some of them are because it is a new college. There is only one building and only 2 floors only accessible. They showed us so many features while advertising. A hightech was the one.
Now we are getting in through the fire exit.

Placement Experience:

Theassure the placements in many companies. They give assurance in getting job in TCS. It may depend on what skill we have and what we study. If we study great in IBM we get placement in IBM. There will be faculties who teach us from IBM. So it will be easy for us to get the particular job in IBM. They would tell us the easy tricks to get the job.

The campus and the hostel is good.its very clean and hygiene
The principal of our collage is very nice and smart
The cafeteria of the university is good,and our facilities are very friendly with all

Dislikes

Sometime hostel food is average or bad.sometimes only
There is less holidays in our collage.this is not good
Some faculties are very strict.They make us so sad

I taken bca big data with IBM.there is two more courses in my course,add on course.i love IT that's whi i taken this course .Now it's going good.Banglore and manglore is the best areas for improvement in the course curriculum and teaching methods.the faculties all are good.in a semester there is two internal exams.it's helps us to study
