Best College For Personal Growth

Likes

I like the crowd of my college. Everybody is chill and talented.
The faculty is highly experienced which helps us understand academics more smoothly.
There are more than 50 clubs in our colleg. There is zer lack of extra curriculars. You can explore all your interests.

Dislikes

They are increasing the fees year by year which is becoming a little financially difficult.
The food in the canteen is very expensive and doesn't even taste good.

Placement Experience:

From semester 5, you become eligible for final placement and semester 3 for internship placement. many companies like Nykaa, Myntra, Duetsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, Zomato, Beerbiceps and more have visited. the highest package in history is 38 lakh per annum. The average is 8-9 lakh per annum. Around 70% of students get the college placement. My plan is to start my own business after college. I am although doing internships through college. Already done one in Beerbiceps and one in chorus call.

The opportunity to connect with the great alumnis, The guest lectures, The freedom to bring your talent out in every way possible
The fests that were conducted were considered as one of the greatest in mumbai and that teaches you a lot of time management
The teaching methods were practical and knowledge infused and up to date , not too traditional learnings

Dislikes

The infrastructure was too bad, no proper seats and lights

Placement Experience:

In the second year of the course, you are eligible for internship opportunities and In the third year you cn sit for college placements. I did not sit for placements , because I already had an offer off the college. But my friends did get paced with Delloite and EY 85% students get placed as per my knowledge

Life in KC College

Likes

My college offered holistic growth. Good scope for co curricular as well as academic endeavours.
Campus Life is happening and the crowd is great. Smart and fun people.
Faculty with many years of experience, understanding students and being flexible about teaching methods.

Dislikes

College infrastructure wasn't the best it was in construction throughout the course of my degree. However it is good now that the construction is done.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is very relevant and there is constant meetings to improve the same according to the recent trends. The projects and presentations assigned to students ensure that they are prepared for real world applications. The exams are semester wise as well as an online internal assessment. The difficulty level is moderate.

So the college is near to the local train station which churchgate and it's walkable distance
We have our internals exam online which is good for students.
They provide us interships opportunities

Dislikes

The main thing I didn't like about this this college is that they don't have any ratio for attendance like it a person attends college everyday even he writes the exam and the person who doesn't attend lecture he or she is also allowed to give exam.
No proper timetable for lecture they cancel many lectures in a week
We are in TY now and we didn't get a proper room for attending lectures sometimes we get a room where there is no AC and it's tough to sit there for 3 hours.

Teaching method of the faculty is good enough they just need to make the attendance thing serious and make certain percentage of attendance compulsory so that students attend lecture in the college ..

Life learning by the sea

The prof. way of making us understand things, meeting people coming from different walks of life was an experience.
Provide internships in good known instituitons that helped to gain insight into job prospects of the course, salary potential
The relevance and rigor of the course was fine. I would say it was apt. As it helped me to gain insights into what I want ahead in my life

Dislikes

Campus itself because all of our three years went into witnessing the construction bricks, cement Unhygiene, dirty floors, dusty rooms.
our Lab had AC but we never saw it on..even for once; Worst part its a microbiology lab but it wasn`t clean enough as a microbiology lab
Canteen was also unhygienic, Talking about social interactions well. Most of the people in that college are just good on your face.

Strong academic legacy with expereinced faculties and balanced content- preparing you for future studies and entrance exams and olympiads. very much strict, i would say not needed. somehwere you may experience baised behaviour; but when you are focused on gaining knowledge then these things dont matter as its only a matter of three years. Relevance of course is there but for applying for further studies not for that much for job prospects, if you want atleast a decent salary job.

HR college is the highest level!!

Churchgate is a financial hub and our college is located right there.
Even though just 1 year and I already have made so many memories that I just feel like what next has left.
I have met friends for life who are also now partners in crime.

Dislikes

Campus is small and plus no hostel too and that's not fair.

Impeccable, amazing and unbelievable are the placements here. For B.Com which is as always a crowded college, making sure 60-70% students have placements through campus is a task not less than climbing everest. So definitely all I can say is our college has done so well that it is now the first choice college for commerce not just among Mumbaikars but overall as well.

I liked the friendly environment wherein everyone is helpful
The bond between faculty non teaching staff and students is very well maintained
Girls and boys both are equally important and paid attention

The college was under renovation for sometime
Connectivity issues and not able to use lift
The construction in college was a major distraction

College Location was good since it was close to marine drive
food joint was good since raju’s sandwich was right opposite

The things I like about my colleges like places nearby my college like Marine drive Colaba and gateway of India which attract students to go there in Hangout there that's a thing which is liked by many students in my college

Dislikes

The thing that I not liked about my college is high competition if you want to get admission in my college there is a high competition between students that is scoring 90 up is only the thing to get admission in my college

I would rate that the curriculum is well built like there are major subjects and minor object which are well balanced and helps the students to get knowledge in every area . There are two semesters in a year and total 6 semesters in 3years of graduation

The students organise big events and learn to socialize
