VIT AP Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

As claimed by the college . the average package is 7lpa , highest is 64 , the median is around 6.7 , many companies visited the campus including nxp semiconductors , infosys , atlassian , tcs , accenture . there is a cutoff for student to sit in campus placements . its based on the gpu the student secured . most of the companies accepts students who gpa is above 7. my plan is to secure a good offer after my degree.

From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Companies that visits are DELL, INFOSYS, WIPRO, TCS, ans many other Highest package is 6400000 from a company in abroad Whereas the average package is 800000 70% students gets placements

Vit ap has a good time table structure and teaching are good enough for students who needs to learn code briefly and it has very good innovative center that encourage students to start their startup and professor will help tooo

The placements are pretty good and the average salary is 8lakh per annum and there is also a centralised placement system where the student in vit scores an overall gpa of 9 or above 9, he gets a chance to go to vellore for his placements to get a better chance. Almost 80% of students get placed. My plans are to study more

Here in vit AP placements are centralized placements undergo for every vit campus at same time from Vellore From 3 year 2nd semester onwards placements start for students who have no backlogs and they have to pay around 7000 to register for placements here they revise previously learned topics and make us from interviews Every year around 900 companies visit our campus and take interviews through online and top recruiters are Microsoft, Paypal, Jp morgan, amazon And a number of offers from top companies: Microsoft 21 PayPal 13 And number of students placed in 2023 is 14345 and of that 4461 are super dream offers(above 12 lacs) Placement percentage is about 98% And highest package is from Paytm (33 lacs) And the average package is about 9lacs My plan is to go for higher studies after btech I am interested to do MS in abroad

Students from 5th semester will be eligible for getting an internship. 7th semester student will start to sit in placements. More than 600 companies came out last year, big tech companies like FAANG and more comes every year to recruit from our university. Almost 90 percent of students get placed.

The course curriculum at VIT demonstrates a commendable balance of prevalence and complexness. From my perspective that is great because we can choose our own courses and not only that these provide us some knowledge on every course. The exams are on time.

Till last year the placements in our college have been in a good pace. Almost 70% of our senoirs got placed with an average package of 500000 per annum. But in this year due to less jobs in software industry it may be difficult for us to get jobs.

Students become Eligible after their 4th semester for allotting for summer internships and they become Eligible for applying for regular internships after the 6th semester. I heard that most of the students are getting placed with a become package is 33.2LPA and an average package of 9LPA. I think around 75 percent students are getting placed.

The classes at VIT AP University cover things that are useful for what I want to do in my future job. They mix learning from books with doing things with my hands, which I like. We get to do projects and work with companies to see how things are done in the real world, which is good. But it would be better if we had more chances to learn directly from companies. It would also be nice if we could pick some of the things we learn based on what we're interested in. And if we learned about more new and different things, it might help us get ready for what's coming next in our careers. The tests we have aren't too often, and we have enough time to get ready for them. But sometimes they're hard, so having more help getting ready could be useful. Overall, the classes are good, but there are things that could make them even better for students.
