The MNA department maintains a faculty-to-student ratio of 1:30, which fosters an average yet approachable relationship between teachers and students. The MBA department head is praised for effective teaching using real-life examples, and Marketing Management faculty member Shikha Dubey is recognized for her experience and competence. However, the Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship faculty's teaching style is seen as less interactive. The assessment structure includes three sessional exams worth 30 marks each, a Pre University Test (PUT) worth 70 marks, and a more challenging end semester exam also worth 70 marks.
