Our college campus is full of flora and fauna which gives amazing atmosphere to study
The best part is amazing infrastructure with advanced labs for practical in every courses.
Faculties are fully supportive and college provide amazing and skill full intership opportunities

Dislikes

Distance of college from vadodara main station area

Placement Experience:

-With the end of semester 3 in my course campus placements will start. -Highest package till now is 5.5lakh and average package is 3.5lakh. -In my course mainly 70% of students get placed and 25% are going for higher or other studies. My plan is to get government job if needed any experience I will apply for campus placements this year

It is a student centric college and chases that approach throughout your college life. Students are at the heart of any decision or any event.
Various SM clubs that organize tech and non-tech events throughout the year. Various NGO drives are also a part of it.
GSFC has signed MoU with various organizations from vadodara and it helps get student the industry exposure after every semester. Some named companies are - Rishabh software, E-infochips, etc.

Dislikes

Less qualified teachers for some of the subjects.

Placement Experience:

* Students can become eligible for placement after completing their 3rd year of college. * Approximately 10-12 companies visited from Vadodara and other offers also came in from companies outside vadodara and even Gujarat. * As per my knowledge, the highest package offered is of 6LPA till now. * Through college placements, the try is to place all the students but the percentage of students placed (who opted for placements and not masters) are 80%.

I liked Laboratory the most the fact that everyone is given chance to perform experiments one by one and hands on experience is gained
After end of every semester student are required to do internship
The marking system is divided into exams, CEC and other so that exam marks are not the only thing that affect the results

Dislikes

Transportation : may face issue for transportation
Very less number of holidays are given by college

Course Curriculum Overview:

As for the semester 1 and 2 we had basics of biology as Curriculum which helped us to clear our basics before diving into the complex subjects. The specialisation starts from semester 3.Textbook knowledge as well as industry knowledge is also given by the faculty as it is part of the classroom conduct made compulsory by the university. Each semester we have to study 5 units which almost cover the subject. Only 2 exams are to be given every semester mid sem and end sem.

Likes

The campus of the GSFC University is very neat and clean.
The faculty is very supportive and knowledgeable.
The Opportunities for internship and practical knowledge.

Dislikes

Lack of transparency in grading process.
Limited seatings and limited menu in the canteen.
Unengaging and uninteresting campus events.

Placement Experience:

Students above 7 cgpa become eligible for campus placements from the 7th sem and companoes from vadodara, ahmedabad, gandhinagar, pune, banglore visit at GSFC university the average package is 3.5 to 4 LPA.

University provide with good course and well qualified faculty faculty
Every sem there in internship after sem completion
Nice clean green campus with good with good facilities

Placement Experience:

Placement provided by university are pretty decent. Many local and international company provide with internship and placement opportunities with decent placement ratio and exposure to industrial experience.

Likes

The ambience of the college is the first thing that attracted me when I came for campus visit. The professors are also so humble to all the students.
The management is also good. There are many events that regularly happen here.

Dislikes

Placement Experience:

Yes, GSFC university does give placements. The placements are given after 8th sem. The average package provided by companies is 4-5L and the highest package provided by companies is 10L. The eligible students gets placements.

Likes

Its location, it's campus and its culture
The faculty is very co-operative and freiendly
They conduct live seminars for career guidance and future opertunites

Dislikes

College timings are like corperate job form morning to evening
Holiday are very few and in vacations we have to internship
The ration or faculty and students are not so good

Course Curriculum Overview:

The ciricullum is same as the other colleges but the difference is there are various events for social awareness are held and some project and executions are held on real world projects The frequency of exams are once in 2 months

The overall review of my university.

Likes

I like Discipline of the faculty and University.
I like the methods of teaching of every faculty.
I like the Labs and lab instruments which was provided by University.

Dislikes

I don't like the overall structure of the University .
I don't like the library of the University.
The canteen facility for student are not provided by University.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There is no any suggestions for teaching methods or any problem. The real world applications or further academic pursuits benefits are provided good placements ,good jobs etc. I choose this course because my future in research.

GFSC Good or Bad

Likes

I liked the teaching style of the faculty and their friendly nature to interact with the students.
The chilling area of college and the cafe area of college is decent to hangout with friends.
Placements are good for any fresh graduate to kick start their carrier and grow in their life.

Dislikes

the Regular canteen food is a bit expensive as per its quality.
their is a lack of focus on physical activities of student.
the transport service is also not so good for students.

Placement Experience:

Placements start only in the final year. Several famous companies have visited and many offers have been made by them. companies like Byjus, Reliance, GSFC, Nirma, etc. have visited for campus placements. The average package offered by the company is 3 lakhs per annum and the highest package was 7 lakhs per annum. Approximately 60%-70% of the students get placed. My plan after this degree is to appear for the CDS exam.
