I like the faculty in my university there are very good always helps students to achieve their goals
Internship and placement-linked scholarships reward students securing opportunities through campus placements.
Placement which includes all the departments eee and chem ece civil mech mme cse glad to say that we have placements in everything and so happy for that i'm studying in this campus

Dislikes

The hostel facilities are to bad and there no cleanliness in the hostals and the washrooms are to bad .
The faculty students ratio is too low. and one faculty is assigned to two three postings
College is good but the faculty and directors and vice chancellor are really bad

Our Beloved Campus

Likes

As we get reimbursement it is worthy since they also provide placement.
We have good campus atmosphere.Campus is peaceful.
Ragging free campus.Since I entered the college I never seen senior ragging a junior

Dislikes

Faculty is not much qualified.They just manage and go ,we have to study by our own.
Our campus don't have outing.We have to apply online outpass before 2 days to go out.
Packages of our college is less compared to best colleges.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year 2nd semester onwards students are trained and from 4th year 1st semester placements are offered.They provide on campus placements but package is not that good.Offcampus placements are much better.Every year 70-80%students get placed.But this year it is 55%.I wanna get a good placement after my course completion.

My Honest Opinion

Likes

It provides a chance for the bright minds of the rural students
It offers free PUC and btech course due to which many poor got benefitted.faculty is very talented.
It encourages talent over money.which was started by Rajashekhar Reddy Sir

Dislikes

I dislike the outpass system of our college coz to get outpass one has to struggle alot.
I don't like the quality of education of this university.
Sometimes,I feel like it doesn't match the standards of the university

Course Curriculum Overview:

They'll provide a laptop for each student.Anyone won't force any student here.We can learn instead of reading.The curriculum binds our thoughts to the real-world.There will be annual exams with 5 mids in PUC,8 semesters for btech.

The college I heard about is different from what I experienced.

Likes

This is a best opportunity for those people who can't afford studies after their high school. This is totally based on the cgpa.
Many students here are not privileged and hail from rural areas. They are grateful that they get to continue their studies whithout being a burden to their parents because of it's affordability.
Some of the students here are physically handicapped. But they sure did overcome all the rough paths of their lives to be here. We treat them all equally.

Dislikes

The faculty here is the biggest issue. Most of the courses do not start until half the semester is over because of the shortage of faculty. Meanwhile the faculty who does teach the course are irresponsible and only care about completing the syllabus.
The food here is not the best. Most of the time it is either undercooked or overcooked. They don't maintain hygiene at all. Even the wasing areas in the mess are flooded with water ehich leads to stinking. We block our noses when we wash our hands.
The outpass system is ridiculous here. We are not given the permission to go out of campus even when our parents come to take us. They dont even have the decency to treat us like human. They don't hide their contempt when talking to our parents.

Placement Experience:

In btech 4th year students start getting placed in jobs. But the placement rates are considerably decreasing every year because the expectations of the employers are increasing rapidly nowadays and the students are not able to meet those. Mostly I blame the incompetence of students, indifference and carelessness of the teachers in guiding us towards what should be done in order to be a better engineer.

Beauty of RGUKT...

Likes

Speaking and creating bonds with securities, faculty, friends and with mess people
Chitchatting in class with friends and laughing while everyone are serious
Sometimes bunking the classes and enjoying with friends

Dislikes

Mess food. Especially afternoon and evening times
Lack of faculty and due to that we are lacking in the ayllabus
So many restrictions. Outpass issues and attendance

Firstly I like maths subject so it was the reason for choosing this course. And I have a passion of becoming a engineer. Now after coming to this campus I feel I made a mistake. Here exams are strict and evaluate as well. But I appreciate for the standards of exam papers but the teaching should have been good I guess

I like the resources and the management here and also the faculty
I also like the thought of providing the education faculities for those cannot afford it

Dislikes

The formalities to be done before any thing or for any requirements
The mess food and too many restrictions about outpass and outside food

The curriculum is good and day by day I get a feel that I am learning new things but it is much far from the real world requirements.So,we have to do the backside work too to learn extra things that are necessary for the placements.

LIFE OF RGUKT

Likes

There will be interaction with teachers.
No ragging in the campus. There will be friendly seniors in the university
College teach us moral values. It teach how to overcome From many troubles

Dislikes

There will more problematic about approving outpass
Sometimes there will be no good faculty to teach the course
Leaves will be very less. There will be few strict faculty too..

There will nothing like students to select the particular course. University follows a R22 regulation for the entaire course(like we are of 2k21 batch). The exams timing will be very less like they will complete a sem in 4 months or hardly 4 and half months.

I like the environment inside the rgukt basar
I appreciate the new vc sir who is very caring
I like some faculty whose explanation is very good

Dislikes

Some type of food in mess that brinjal curry
The dogs issue in the hostels and on the roads
The water and power issue sometimes in the campus

I liked the opportunities we get hear. It not only encourages students to focus on studies, but also encourages to do so many extra curricular activities
This university helps you to develop alot.
The environment here helps you to have a active and healthy mind.

Dislikes

I might disliked so many things in first. But as time is going, iam understanding its value.
They provoke self study through their teaching. Which i might disliked before.
We should walk alot every day to do our works

RGUKT Basar: Affordable Education

Likes

Present female to male ratio is 67:33 in our college.
There is security for girls and ragging not there
Laptops are available for all the students,facility of digital library.

Dislikes

The food is not at all good .The curries are not tasty .
There are strict rules regarding outpass .It should be changed.
In hostels , washroom are not all good .

Course Curriculum Overview:

The choose cse in rgukt for btech.Because I like programming and interested in machine learning.As machine learning not available I choose cse.In 5 semester we have machine learning.Upto now it improved my programming and logical skills and helped in creating web sites.It should remove all unnecessary courses like graphics in our curriculum.Instead it should give us auto cad.The exams are little tough but not much difficult.
