A nice place with plenty of exposures

Likes

Lot's of exposure to students for personality development
Better Sports exposure and facilities with scholarship
Teachers coordination with counciling support

Dislikes

More companies should visit for campus placement
Should provide hands on experience for tech students
The duration of semesters should improve

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate my curriculum 4 out of 5 as a NEP batch student we were introduced to Trending courses like AI Cybersecurity, etc but the most important thing is hands on experience or the practical work is more beneficial

3RD SHIFT REVIEW OF SJU

Likes

The staff and faculty members are very good
The campus is clean and vast have a lot of space.
The sports quota is to good.plenty of sports available

Dislikes

Hard and strict rules and regulations in here
No exams if the students haven't got 75percentage of attendance
Food hike in canteen,no option for cold water.

Placement Experience:

There are campus placements,but the students cgpa should be more to avail and participate in it,if not going through campus placements we can either go into some tech fields or complate our masters in mba and take a corporate job asa technical advisor or something

Likes

canteen food is good like burger and lava cake
campus atmosphere is good ,there are lots of plants and tree
washroom is very clean and hygiene and smells good

Dislikes

teaching method is not that great as they told
inexperienced teachers and they dont behave well
they want everyone to have min 75% attendence

Placement Experience:

the placements are very bad in this college my plans after finishing this cource is to make a business grow it and set up multiple business and make more money and maybe get into real estate or sports like mma ,ufc

Good and bad about my college

Likes

Infrastructure is very good and modern and big
There is a environment for people who want to study and take up there passion
Great facility like library canteen and parking

Dislikes

Teaching staff is not updated with new knowledge
Exams are based on just muging up answers
Does cost cutting in providing software and other study facilities

A great college under budget with good student life.

Likes

Fests at least one will be on every week and Great Student Life with great canteen facility
good classrooms with ac facility and charging points at each table
good and supportive teachers who help you through learning

Dislikes

pretty delayed placements and internships
you will see both good teaching faculty and total opposite
Nothing that bad as such could have been

Placement Experience:

the only flaw is the placements they start at the end of 5th sem which is too late to be honest its difficult to find companies they expect you to find interships for majour projects. as for placements in 2024 were few, CTC of 6Lakh per annum.

Production house of well mannered citizens

Likes

Library- We have got plenty varieties of novels and books which satisfies our wants
Environment- The environment of our college is more refreshing with so many plants.
Washrooms- We have got clean and hygienic washrooms.

Dislikes

Hostel- Few friends of mine who stays in hostel complain about the hostel food which have to get better.
Canteen- We have got limited food in the menue which everyone hates.
Placement- We are not getting placement in top mnc companies like Amazon, google and Microsoft.

From the final semester, one will get a campus placement in top companies like axis bank, Biocon, CNBC, clear trip, etc. In a batch, barely 60% of students will get placement. The average package offered is 6.50 lakh. As per my plan, I want to get placement in top companies and work until I get trained enough to open my own company.

Placement Experience:

The placements are quite good. To my information, the highest package being 11LPA offered once by Google from campus interview. Lowest being 2 LPA Most of the students get placed who have a good overall score. Companies like TCS, WIPRO, and other IT companies visit our college. After the 5th-semester students become eligible for campus placements. Around 85% of students get placed. My plans after getting the degree would be to get a job and after a few years pursue masters.

Placement Experience:

Our college provide placement to the students who got 70 to 80 marks in the exam .the students who are studying in 6th sem are egbile for the placement from the collge.total percentage of the students who got the placement from our college is 80 above.some of the combines who provide placement in our college are wipto, IGIBi,earnst and young.aftee completing my course I have a plan to take AI or robotics which have plenty of chances in our future

Remarks:

SJC is one of the most reputed universities in Bangalore. The curriculum and the activities hekd here would grab any student's attention. The campus is also very suitable for a college environment. I chose BCA as computers have always interested me and I wanted to explore more into computer applications. I expect my college to provide me with quality education.
