IIIT Nagpur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The curriculum of this college is good. They are well focused on it innovation and research opportunities about tech branches. Because I passionate about cs branch so that's why I want to go it field that's why I choose this college

College Provides Placements after the Sixth Semester and requires a complusory Internship to be able to register for College Campus Placements. Highest Package was around 86 lakhs last year while the average is about 15 lakhs.

From 6th semester the students are eligible for campus placements. Companies such as Amazon, Intel etc. visit the campus for placements. Average package is about 1400000 rs. You need to maintain good CGPA. Coding is necessary for SDE roles. My plans are to get placed in a high paying job as a SDE.

Placement is offered by the collge. Although due to tough competition, less companies visit our colleg but our college is growing at a great pace. major compaies that visit our college is TCS and Cisco. Highest off campus package of our college was 86lpa while the average is 15lpa. In our college about 89% students got placed previous year and the placement season is going for this year. My current plans after getting a B.Tech degree from IIIT Nagpur is to persue higher studies in IIT not because of the placements but for my pasion for IITs.

The placement cell of the college is very active . The average package of last year was 14 lacs. The highest being 88 lacs offered by Amazon. Several other companies like Google, Facebook have also visited the campus. Recently Google has also opened its ai research lab in the campus.

The placements statistics of this year has not been disclosed yet as placements are still going on. But like every other college, this college has also been hit by recession. Last year the average package was around 14 lpa.

The curriculum of the collage is better than most of the newly established IIIT's .They prepare you for real world after collage as it is mandatory to take an intership for atleast one sem out of eight.They from the start work on your programing irrespective of your branch .Even ECE branch has programing subjects for 4 sems .The exam are divided into 3 parts of 2 sessional and one endsem with marks division as 15 per sessionals and 60 for endsem remaining 10 for teacher assisment. They should decrease the academic burden for student to focus on developing their skills

Placements here are good and most of the students got placed this year with an average salary of approx 14 lakhs . Different big companies visits our college and many of our passout seniors are working in companies like google ,amazon etc.

The placements are actually good compared to other colleges. The average package is around 14-15 lakhs. Various companies such as Amazon, wipro, infosys are the major companies. 84-90 percent students are placed every year. My plans after getting the degree is to do mtech

The companies come here to recruit final year students and to provide internships for pre-final students.Almost 90 percent students get internships here in the college .Many students also go offcampus for placement opportunities
