Course Curriculum Overview:
The faculty is extremely well-read and proficient in their subjects. Most of them are also very well-traveled, which allows them to share. Their global outlook on business topics is very insightful. They are also very well connected with the current trends in the industry which helps our curriculum be in sync with the current scenario.
Fee Structure And Facilities:
The total program fee is arohnd 22 lakhs inclusding hostel. 50000 token amount to reserve seat can be paid online. The rest amount has to be paid in the form of a demand draft in favour of the college. No additional fee has to paid. The 50000 token amount is also included in the college fees. A complete fee breakdown is mailed to the selected students.
Fee Structure And Facilities:
The grand total fee was ?15.4 Lakhs and if I remember it correctly, it includes tuition fees of around Rs.2,00,000 for each semester and other fees of around Rs.86,000 for each semester as well. I think the fee structure of our college was kinda expensive but feasible.

Somehow expensive. The fees can be seen from the college website. The roi is good. It depends on individual perception if the fee is expensive or not. But this is the national standard of fee on India for an MBA program.

How good is HRM of XIMB and what are the profiles usually offered to the students?
XIMB HRM is among the top 5 HR courses in the country. The institute has a great curriculum for HRM. Attrition is low in HR, so you might not find newer roles. However, XIMB offers decent job roles to students.
HRM students are usually recruited in Talent Acquisition roles, Recruitment roles, etc. Students also receive lots of offers from Consulting companies. In general, roles offered by Consulting companies are Business HR or Analytics.
How good is HRM in XIMB for a fresher, and does one's profile matter heavily when it comes to placement in XIMB?
The faculty of management now come under Xavier University Bhubaneswar. It consists of School of business management, School of HR, School of RM, and School of SM. The MBA HRM program of XIMB is one of the best programs in the college. It is a 2-year residential program.
- The college also has good infrastructure as well.
- Most of the students get good placement from this college. It does not matter much whether you are a fresher or an experienced candidate if you have the right skill, knowledge, and presentation skill then you will surely get through it.
- The placement also takes into account your academic scores, extracurricular activities, and GDPI performance.

XIMB Used to offer an HRM specialization under its PGDM program. Now, it’s offered by the Xavier School of Human Resources (XAHR). And it is the best option among these. This HRM program has over 30 years of legacy and ranks among the top 5 human resources programs in the country.
XAHR has an excellent faculty. The learning resources offered and the rich lineage of the institute will help a lot in shaping your career. XAHR placements show the salary packages stay in the range of INR 8.5 LPA - INR 22.47 LPA.
Is it possible to get an XIMB-HRM call at the NMAT with a score of 195?
XIMB is a part of Xavier University, Bhubaneswar which comprises schools of business management (XIMB), school of RM (XSRM), school of HR (XaHR) and school of SM.
NMAT cut-off for XIMB for the year 2020 was 200+. Section wise cut off lied between:
