- Scholarships are given to children with less than 4.5 lakh family income in which tuition fees is relaxed.
- A 3g iit, my college is provided with very brilliant professors, who had experience of teaching at 1g iits .
- Campus is overall enhancing and beautiful and i love the beauty here

- Work To Build Sports Complex and New Academic Block is running
- Small library unlike other IITs and same menu in all mess
- Old pattern course that cannot fulfill future demands of skills required

It's a good Campus with lot of young talented Faculties. All the latest type of research is going on here. We have fully equipped Central Instrumentation facility with advanced equipments like SEM, XRD, UTM's

Remarks:
For PhD admission, it is all about in which area we need to do our research. Based on our research area, we can check with the professors area of research in different in institution. I also followed the same and I found professor Dr. Vinod Kushvaha in IIT Jammu. So, I selected this campus.
