In selecting participants for the programme attention is given to a variety of criteria like academic preparation, motivation, academic record and demonstrated leadership potential.

The minimum eligibility for admission to the programme is graduation in any area with at least 50% marks and work experience of minimum 5 years. Interested candidates need to submit an application in the prescribed format. The applications are reviewed and shortlisted candidates are invited for personal interview.
