IIM Lucknow offers single occupancy rooms in its 18 hostels, with separate accommodations for boys and girls, and a capacity to accommodate over 750 students. Hostels provide basic amenities such as beds, study tables, chairs, fans, water coolers, and washing machines. The campus is fully residential, requiring all students to stay on campus. Rooms generally do not have air conditioning, but students can use air coolers. There are shared washrooms, with 4 bathrooms and 6 toilets per floor.

The hostel allocation is random in the first year, with students able to select rooms on a first-come, first-served basis in the second year. The common student-run mess, Annapoorna, offers four meals a day, including a night mess service until 4 AM, with both veg and non-veg options available. The quality of food is generally good, and the menu is updated regularly. The hostel facilities are moderately well-maintained, with opportunities for improvement in infrastructure, wifi, and furnishings.

There is no curfew, and the hostel fees are included in the college fees.
