- They provide well education to students,they support great communication with students.
- Placements: aktu is known for its strong placement record, with many companies recruiting from affiliated colleges.
Dislikes
- The college hostel are not good as you were paying 82000 for the 3 sheeter hostel room
- The timings of the college is very bad you have to come early in the morning and get departure in the evening.
- One thing i disliked about this university that is no proper time of exams

There is no additional exam required for admission. So, the admission is only based on the counselling given by the college which is a must to attend for the students.

PLANTATION- IILM Lucknow celebrated TREE PLANTATION DAY with full fervour and spirit, as part of the CSR activity. The event was joined in by an over whelming presence of many students, faculty & staff members. The trees planted were selected for their long term value for providing shade, blossoms, fruit and adding colour to the campus.

Campus has conducted more than 30 presentations in different districts of UP namely Mirzapur, Ghazipur, Balrampur, Allahabad, Etawa, Faizabad, Sitapur, Hardoi, Barabanki, Balia, Raebarelli etc During the session, an Intra College Quiz Competition is also organized and queries of students are resolved.

The Sports Club endeavours to develop the skills of leadership, team building and event management and also a spirit of healthy competition. The Club organizes sports activities on a regular basis, covering a wide gamut of indoor and outdoor games like table tennis, chess, cricket, badminton, tug of war, etc.

SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAN camp was their and joined India’s biggest cleanliness drive “Swachh Bharat Abhiyan” and undertook the cleanliness activity on December 10, 2016 when in addition to cleaning the road from Hahnemann Chauraha to this campus, the staff and students also requested the vegetable vendors to maintain cleanliness and use dustbins for disposal of vegetable wastes and garbage.

Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University isn’t a good option for pursuing technical courses. The curriculum followed by the institute is outdated. You will only learn the theoretical aspects of engineering. It doesn’t offer the practical hands-on experience students require to excel in the technical field.
Most students usually get placed in the IT sector, irrespective of their branches. The highlights of recent AKTU placements show the average package offered by the institute to be around INR 2-3 LPA.
