To get admitted in MEd program you need to have passed your bachelor? degree in the field of Education through a recognised university with at least 50% aggregate score in theory and practical exam separately. There to selection procedure is based on the entrance exam
scores.
I am a current student here. I'm doing my M.Ed course here. Application to the college starts in the first week of August. It is conducted offline only. Only if you had good scoring in your previous examinations or previous degree will you get an admission here. But for Masters alone University will conduct entrance exam
A minimum score of 50% is required in theory and practical separately in B.Ed to be eligible for the University-based entrance test. It needs preparation to crack the entrance test as it is a state university and a lot of folks apply here.
I appeared for an entrance test which requires one to have 50% in theory and practical both at BEd from any recognised institution of the country. The reputation of this college was a factor in choosing it over others.
I do not have any negative remarks. Overall the college is best to learn and boost knowledge. I got placed in a good institution from campus recruitment. Good in all aspects. It has a placement records with all seniors placed in good institutes in different states.
All in all it is a good college to study and its nominal fee structure makes it stand out among the other colleges. However, there are some verticals in which the college needs to improve itself like placement and internship opportunities, accommodation facilities, etc.
Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University has a great campus life, good facilities for the students like a free library with all the material required. Also, the non-teaching staff gave much assistance regarding every matter relevant to academics.
The college management is well trained. Teaching is very good, infrastructure is beautifully constructed. It is well disciplined and obliging. It has done a great job in its field and can be recommended to people.
