Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants seeking admission to 4 years full-time B.Tech program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
Academic Requirement:
- A candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Mathematics & Physics as compulsory subjects with either Chemistry /Biotechnology/Computer Science/Biology and recognized by any State Board / Central Board or any other accepted by SASTRA as equivalent to 10+2 or its equivalent examination, with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry /Biotechnology/Computer Science/Biology obtained in a single sitting.
Entrance Exam:
Candidate must qualify JEE Main entrance test.
Age Limit:-
Candidate should not have completed 19 years.

Tuition fee for 1st semester costs arounds Rs.95000 And 2nd semester fee will be around Rs. 85000 And from 3rd Semester the fee will be 5% increased per semester Scholarships are available for students who listed in top 2% and Top 10% od Dean's list

- I like the infrastructure of my college.... buildings , labs, gardens.
- I like the food here .... the canteens food is great at very low price.
Dislikes
- extremely tight schedule...and have to maintain attendance of 80 percentage.
- holidays given only on the festivals followed and accepted by the college management.

The fee increases by 5 percent every year. The fee is collected ant the start of the New semester. The com0lete cost of the education is close to 2 and half lakhs ...80000 for education ..22000 for bus service as a day scholor . Sometimes extra fee is added such as breakage fee about 800 on average each sem ...and the breakage is not specified. Dean's merit list is a scholorship which awards one fifth or two fifths consessions in the fees ...and hostel scholorship of 16000 is awarded.

We have a fee structure as twice a year i.e, 6 months once every semester we have fee to pay before the examination.i didnt claim any scholorships . And i got lot of campus opportunities and gained more confidence on every interviews and assesment i have had .

- Atmosphere which is very awesome i liked it.
- Classrooms are very neat and there are more space.
Dislikes
- Bike stand it looks very old there is no facility in bike stand
- Restroom are not good in our college but now there are building new

There is no scholarship in our college because it is a private university so there is no scholarship in our college. The fees are too high because, for an engineering course for 1 sem, it takes about 1 lakh so it is too high

fees structure are tuition fees, hostel fees, miscellaneous fees, and payment schedules. scholarships are, merit-based scholarships, need base scholarships, and application-based scholarships. financial assistance is student loans and payment plans. campus jobs are on-campus opportunities, research assistant positions, and application process.

We have to spend 2LPA in sastra for stay and education only. For mess and all, we have to spend separately. All applicable students can get MHRD, ONGC, etc., scholarships. If you are top 2%means college will give scholarship

Fee-160000 per year. If we adopt a hostel, the hostel fee will be 15,000 to 30,000. And mess fee will be collected monthly approximately 4000 per month. We can apply for an Educational loan for financial assistance. If the student loses their parent(who financially supports them) during their graduation from Sastra University then the University takes the responsibility of that student.

The tuition fee is 75000 per semester. There will be a 5% annual increase from the 2nd year. Also, there will be few extra fees like sports fees, registration fees, and semester examination fees. They are clear and transparent regarding fee details. Scholarships are provided based on the merit list. Educational loans can be availed from different banks.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course which I choosen is electrical and electronics engineering. This is 4 years (8 semester) course. This course is consist of both theory as well as practical classes with industrial exposure. The faculties of college is well educated all professors completed their research degrees from top class indian and foreign universities. Overall it's good college for academics.

The courses are upto date. We aren't getting enough industrial exposure but do have good labs. The facilities were really good,they are engaged in many project works and do have patent.John Bosco Balaguru is a faculty who I think is good.
