- Campus is great. students are nice here
- Opportunities for students intrested in sports is really good
- Attendence should be 75% THEY say but its not strict atleast in mine and mine friend's dept
Dislikes
- Coding cultures is not there. There are not much tech clubs
- Classrooms should have ac but it doesnt
Course Curriculum Overview:
I choose this course because of my intrest in technology
Curriculum is good like in every other universities/ college exams are held twice a semester . Labs are well maintained here . Overall learning experience will be great here

- the infrastructure of the university is just next level the departments are so well mantained the teaching staff of every department is the awesome
- many fest are organised by the university students of different departments the dance the music the intraction among the students is just next level
- the library of the university is the biggest highlight the biggest library of punjab people come and study and preapare for exams and other fields
Dislikes
- most of the subjects are theoritical and the practical work is very less so the students can'nt get the practical knoledge of the subject so it should be more practical
- Fee structure is not that affordable than other government universities it is more of a student aid university and the fees is so close to a private university in punjab
- Hostel is not that good the contition of hostel is not ideal for living the food of the mess is not well students prefer eating outside of the hostel

Placement Experience:
the placement of the university is quite good from the 7th semester you get eligible for the in campus placements
various companies visits the university some of them are tcs infosis wipro amazon and tcs is one of the mass recretur and offer more that 100 jobs
the higest package last year was 18 lpa offered by the amazon and the average package on campus is 5-6 lpa
in the university the placement percentage is aroud 85%
yes my plans are the same i want a job in my field at a startup company so that i can grow in my field as a web developer

- The greenery the infrastructure is very nice but the teacher sometimes doesn’t teach nicely
- There are many option of social activities the youth fest ,the jashan
- As i said the infrastructure is very beautiful.there is a huge library. Where almost every book is available
Dislikes
- The things i dislike is the rainy season there the water is accumulated st every place
- The students there are not very serious they roam here and there always
- There are only these things i don’t like
Placement Experience:
From 6-7 sem the eligible for the campus placement not so good companies are there .. there is like tcs ,kpmg types companies there . The highest package is of about 12 lakh and the lowest is of about 2-3 lakhs

- Keep exams continuosly starting from internal, mid exatrenal and then sem
Course Curriculum Overview:
Teaching methods is great. all teacher perform their best in teaching The timing of the minor exam is about 1 hour and for major exam, it is about 3 hours. Every student has to pass both exams to sit in next semester

- First of all i like the campus a lot . Its really ver big like all the courses
- There are lots of tress which make our campus eco freindly and m our campus green

- My department is electronics and communication that is very far away from my hostel
- The hostel aren't that hygenic and also room are small
Course Curriculum Overview:
My course is electronics and communication. It is a bit harder but it is also very beneficial because it is related to our daily life activities. The teaching method is also very good. There is a lab present to perform all things in real life. We have to deal with both hardware and software

- Free medical service to all students provided by university is a very nice and efficient step by management of university
- This university always promote sports, organise sports events at regular basis and provide sports equipments
- Quality education is their with well qualified and experienced teachers in university.
Dislikes
- The thing which i dislike is their policy of increasing fee per year with 5 percent increment
- My major disliking to my university is that they sometimes didn't provide scholarships to those who are really needy
- Further i dislike their hostels as the rooms and bathrooms in hostel are quite disappointing
Course Curriculum Overview:
My course is quite good i think . This university had provide me great knowledge of every subject and even provides practical knowledge to students so they can understand better than only having theoretical knowledge

- Campus Life is best here campus is very large with canteens and everything ground, basketball courts etc are there, gym is there with verification minimal rate also swimming pool is there.
- Regular events like jashan and youth fest keep students invoved
- Fees of courses is nominal although it increases 5% ever year but still far more convenient than several other private colleges
Dislikes
- Placement rate is average it could have been better although campus staff and placement cell is working on it and it may improve condition soon
- Hostels have no ac or coolers students have to buy their own cooler and pay extra rent of 1500 for 3 months if you are keeping cooler but still it is convenient as hostel fees is very less
Placement Experience:
University has a seperate placement cell for conducting placements however it depends upon market how many companies will visit like last year there were less companies but this year companies are more . Placement is conducted after having tests from companies like aptitude round , dsa round, technical interview and hr interview there are phases and you have to clear all in order to get selected for a company, major companies coming for placement in B tech cse are Accenture, TCS , capegemini, z scalar, axtria etc overall placement is average but if you have skills no one can stop you and everything is smooth including placements.

- First of all I like the campus a lot. Its really big like all the courses has its own different building and also they are very architectural
- Secondly there are lots of trees which makes the environment better and somewhat shady and cool
Dislikes
- Well my department ie information technology, its very far away from the hostel so its a bit of hassle
- The hostels aren’t that hygienic and also the rooms are quite small and dim litted

I'll tell you about this very year. Our senior's highest package was 13 lakh PA. And all kinds of companies visit the campus like Amazon, infotech, mahindra and all.

- The teachers are very hardworking and very nice they explain the things very nicely and you understood that things
- The whole campus is filled of trees and plants you can breathe fresh air here there is very greenery
- There are a lot of books to read in library also Gndu is Amritsar,s number 1 university
Placement Experience:
From 7th semester students can take placements . The most famous company is nagaroo with a package of 5 lakh per annum . The companies offer a quite good level of salary . My plans after the degree is getting the campus placement and then the job.

- Environment: university has a clean and green environment with proper build parks and trees all over the university feel like a cold and good plce to spend our time of graduation here. Cats, dogs, morr, ducks etc are seen often times
- Proper dustbins are installed and water coolers are present everywhere for all the students with beautiful infrastructure and classrooms. One of the biggest library in northern campus with World’s top scientists as teachers and guide.
- University is spread over 500+ acre of area with beautiful views all over and a pleasant places to walk around. People of all the cultures are seen even international students also. Near by market and city Amritsar.
Dislikes
- Some times outsiders come to walk in university Which is not a big problem but students hate it. Cars are nit allowed of students to enter in university only staff cars are permitted to enter if family of student is visiting they are allowed to bring
- Hostel is not too good they are just in okay conditions students can stay there but infrastructure of hostel is too old and mess is food is just okay to eat not too tasty.
- Some departments are very far from hostels if you have vehicles then its fine otherwise you have to wait for universities electric vehicles.
Placement Experience:
Placements are good if you have studied well throughout your degree they provide common as well as specific placements for the students so that you can get to sit in the job they like 30% of students get placement on campus and sometimes it is about 50% also they provide a good package for the starting ones with in-hand salary of 20-40 thousand per month
