Placement Experience:

From the second semester, students become eligible for internships and in the last semester, they become eligible for placements. They are many MNCs that visit the campus like Google and Microsoft, Adobe and Dell etc. And they offer pretty good packages like 40-50 LPA and even higher if it's an international package. The highest package that was offered was 1.8CR to a student which was an international package and the university provides placement to 90% of the students. My plan after getting my degree is to work in an MNC

Course Curriculum Overview:

Chandigarh University is quite a renowned university. the faculty to student ratio is not so good so. There is a lot of crowd in CU. In my batch, there is 6000- 7000 student excluding the students with specialization. Most of the teachers are either Ph.D. or doing it from the CU.

campus placement is offered in the 3rd year 2nd semester. many companies will visit to train. many of them can get a chance to get a campus placement in the 6th semester with different companies and ideas.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th sem Student becomes eligible for Campus Placement. Some Of The Companies that visited our college are Google, Autodesk, Cybernext, and General Electric Highest Package offered till now is 34 lacs and the Average is 8 lacs. The percentage of students getting placements is about 70% My plan after getting the degree is to work in a Good MNC.

Placement Experience:

Placements are fine. Average package is 4 lakhs petr annum to 4.5 lakhs per annum. The highest package as of last year was 50 lakhs per annum(approx). The percentage of students getting placed is not given.

I chose BE CSE. The professor is good enough the leads the students in a proper and decent manner. It also helps the students to understand the basics of the computer science curriculum which they need to understand and perform.

Placement Experience:

Talking about placements the college placement cell is very active. There is 100% placement in the university. Also, the college provides us with many placement opportunities. The average placement package is approx 4-5 lakhs.

Last semester people become eligible for campus placement but placement is difficult to get. Many companies visit in college every year the famous ones are Google, AMD, Microsoft etc They give a certain amount of offers to students and they select from their criteria. The highest package a person gets is from Google i.e. 10000000 rs/yr

Placement Experience:

Chandigarh University has a good track record of campus placements, with an average package of around 6 Lpa. The university has tie-ups with numerous reputed companies and has a dedicated placement cell that provides career guidance, training and job opportunities to students. Around 900+ companies visited last year and the highest offer made was 54Lpa. Placement starts in the 5th semester.

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons: 

  • Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university. 
  • A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI. 
  • Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc. 
  •  The university also offers open & distance learning through CUIDOL and online courses.
