- The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
- I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
- I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.
Dislikes
- The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
- Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.
- The placement of my college is growing but is not quite good right now

- There are huge number of student intake.
- Since competition is high so on campus placement is difficult to grab high package.
- Great place for already skilled people but not for someone who want to develop skill in sports or music
Placement Experience:
The campus placements is decent.Students are able to get placements since 3rd year.This year around 900 companies visited campus in which majority is for CSE branch.The highest package is 54lpa and average package is 5-6lpa. Since the competition is high so not everyone get job.I also want to grab on campus placement.

- Ample of opportunities for placement opportunities
- Has great infrastructure for academics as well as sports
- Variety of students from different states and from different countries.
Dislikes
- Pressure of exams is very high as exams are conducted very frequently
- Lot of assignments,worksheets, test and labs are there due to which not get enough time for extra activities
- Due to high number of students ,somome may face difficulties in learning some sport or skill like music dancing as there are so much competition.
Placement Experience:
There are ample opportunities for placement here. Students can do internships from 2nd from and from 3rd years companies started coming for placements. Although there are high no. of students, not everyone gets the job so the percentage of placements is not very high. It is around 70-80% actually. I am also planning to do internships and get a job on campus.

- Food is not that good repeated menu for a week
- Campus distance from hostel is so far like 1 km

From 3rd year students are eligible for campus placement more than 1000 companies visit our university as per information provided in the main website of our college recently students from our college got a 1 crore package from international regionally 54 lakhs are highest it has an average of 9.64 lakhs in cse

- I love the atmosphere of the college with the vibe the events they keep on organizing in the college.
- The number of companies they provide for the placements is very good compared to other colleges.
- Faculty is very impressive who supports students to perform better and have good teaching skills.
Dislikes
- I dislike the location of the University which is pretty far from the main city.
- The cost of living near this college is pretty high if someone opts for PGs or Flats
Placement Experience:
Students get eligible from 6th semester when the companies start visiting college and conducting drives. There are various companies including Amazon, TVS motors, DXC, TCS, Wipro, and many more big MNCs as well. Highest package that was offered from our college was around 48 lakhs per year and average was around 7LPA. A number of companies visit our college numbering upto 300. 80-90% of the students get placed. My plans are also the same I am placed.

- I would surely go for the campus and its infrastructure, its one of the biggest and finest that i have ever seen.
- Second i will go for the Training that the university provides for placements. College trains students for placements from 5th semester onwards.
- Third will be the events in the university, there are multiple events for academic progression as well as for enoying the whole night dancing
Dislikes
- They have kind of complex management system, like a normal task(that might seem easy for me only ) is divided into multiple departments. And if something exceptional happens you might have to run a lot for the solution
- Some of the faculties with which i had experience, there are really 2 or 3 of them but i think i have to count them for the things i dislike
Placement Experience:
Placements are considered pretty good for our college. You will get many opportunities but you have to be skilled enough to grab them as competition is also pretty good here. From 6th semester onwards students become eligible to sit for placements.
There are many companies that visits college, and there arey pretty big names too like Infosys, wipro, godrej, Disney, TCS. And people looking for Google and Amazon, company have visited previously in the college, but they are not sure of coming every year. Apart from them there are many companies that visit the campus for placements. Percentage of students getting placed is above 85%.
My plans after graduation would be sitting for placements.

- Good Faculties, Their Polite Behaviour, and nice social groups.
- Cooperating non teaching staff, the administration, the infrastructure.
- Libraries, the library staff, and access to limited Wi-Fis.
Dislikes
- Non-Availability of the Networks, only a very few networks work properly.
- The crowd, there are around 40-50K students in campus.
- The Geographic location of the University, difficulty in reaching and coming back home on public vehicles.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I have chosen a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialization in Big Data and Analytics as it is the most demanded course nowadays. Faculties encourage us to do things and they are polite. Ratio if I tell you about my class, approximately 10 girls and 50 boys are there. Faculties are highly educated and the teaching method is fine. First MST - Month, then the second another month, and the End Semester is in 4th month of the semester (approx). Difficult subjects like Probability and Statistics are not easy to pass. But, for the other exams, if we prepare well, we can pass.

Student from any semester can apply for placements, but it depends on the requirement of the Company, although proper placement training starts from 5th semester onwards
As per information given by seniors, almost 500 companies visited CU till now like TCS and Infosys (are the top recruiters)
almost 60-70 per cent of students get placed (including mass recruitment)
My plan after my degree is to go for master

- Ambience, construction of buildings is very good
- Restaurants, well availability of outside food
- Faculty, have a very nice behaviour towards students

- Behaviour of security gaurd, is too rude and unacceptable
- Food is a little bit on the expensive side

From the 4th sem onwards one can sit in placement as per the requirement of companies
Wipro, Dell, TCS, and Hp are some companies that visited recently
Avg package is 6-7 lpa
The highest is around 50lpa
The lowest is 4 lpa
Almost 80 per cent of students will get placed easily as per seniors
I plan to go for Vipro placement

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons:
- Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university.
- A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI.
- Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc.
- The university also offers open & distance learning through CUIDOL and online courses.
