Likes
- The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
- I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
- I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.
Dislikes
- The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
- Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.
- The placement of my college is growing but is not quite good right now

- Infrastructure was good and inter department activities.
- Frequent industry visits wich provide great exposure.
- Faculty was good and very helpful to the students

- Grdaing System was little disappointing. Not fair
- Attendance is most important you have to maintain atleast 75%
- Higher management was not good for anything you have get document signed by multiple authorities
Course Curriculum Overview:
Labs was good and maintained well with suitable softwares that are mandatory for our academics.
Exams difficulty level was moderate not that tough and not that too easy.
Just cover the assignments and tests for internal assessment.

- The infrastructure of this university is quite good. Also talking about the fest and other events, there are numerous events conducted by the university, at both departmental level and university level.
- The university encourages the students to take parts in academic events especially moot courts, debates etc. This boosts the students confidence level.
- Encourage the students to do internships.
Dislikes
- Mostly professors are very unprofessional. They themselves are graduated from this university and do not possess the knowledge to teach the students.
- The fees structure is quite high. And they try to cut down the scholarships of students.
- The 75% attendance criteria is insane. They want students to get detained and pay 10,000 to sit in the exam hall. Moreover every student have to be in university till 5 pm. And they can not do anything afterwords nor internships.
Placement Experience:
The placement is almost negligible in law department. Around 25-30 students get places every batch and thats from all law department. Bcom llb, bba llb, ba llb, llb. The placement record is false in the website, as this university is a private one they mostly focus on getting profit and luring as many students as they can to get admission here.

There are total 3 exams in a semester and there are easy . There are many fests in the campus whivh happens which might be a distraction to the students but if you have self control then you can study

- The campus life is amazing! The campus is quite huge with all facilities. There is also transport service inside campus (e-rickshaws)
- Students are from all over India and even some international students (mostly from African nations)! So, the exposure is quite good!
- As a CSE student, computer is the most important thing for me. Computers of our labs are decent (not too good, not too bad) they can run medium level softwares easily! The most appreciable part is internet speed, it's crazy fast (≈700 Mbps)!!!
Dislikes
- I didn't like the faculty much as they teach too fast and it's difficult to understand it from them!
- We have to study ourselves a lot (from online sources mostly) as we can't depend on college itself!
Course Curriculum Overview:
As for first year (or rather first semester) there are many irrelevant subjects such as Biology and a subject (as names by my college) named Universal Human Values and Ethics, and 'communication'. These subjects are totally irrelevant to what course I am doing, and to some extent they are totally irrelevant to engineering! The problem is, they also have a huge theoretical syllabus and we have to waste our time on learning it and their exams, the time which we could have used improving our skills in the language we are learning or learning a new computer language!

- Campus life of CU is very impressive and excellent.
- The placements of each cources are very good as compare to another cources.
- Quality of infrastructure is very good and give many facilities for self study like libraries.
Placement Experience:
College placements are very good as compared to other colleges because average package of CU is 5.5 lakh per annum .Top companies are coming for placements like google ,Microsoft, amazon.
Form 6th sem students are eligible for placements.
If you're not placed in college placements then you can apply outside and got easily job
Average cgpa for placements is above 6.0
After degree i have to job some years in MNC after that build some business for entire life.

- Campus, architecture and infrastructure is very good
- Provides transport facilities for all the students who avail it
- Good number of hostels for accomodation especially for girls
Dislikes
- It is an overcrowded place with lots of students and faculties
- School like environment. No girls and boys can chill together and they do barricading in every concert. Though it's for safety but I don't like it
- Fee structure is quite high as compared to placements
Placement Experience:
Campus placements are average. Many companies come here for recruitment process but it's upto you that you can make up to their expectations or not. Around 900+ companies visit the campus. Highest package was 54 lacs and lowest is 3.5-4 lacs. Software developer was the position for the package of 54 lacs. 75+% students get placed. My plan after getting the degree is to get a good job

- Infrastructure is pretty good and the university is huge
- Events occur regularly and many popular stars perform very often
- Very diverse and students from a lot of states and countries
Dislikes
- Rude guards and higher authorities. Behave very nicely at time of admission but after a year show their true colours
- Vey hectic schedule and very few leaves . Dont even get holidays on Ganesh Chaturthi , Janmashtmi , Rakhi ,etc
- Unnecessary fine on every small thing like id card , uniform ,etc

Ciriculum has a lot of subjects . It becomes hectic to attend all classes . Apart from classes we have a lot of extra courses like courseera , Linked in , General Proficiency in every semester. A lot of quizes , surprise tests ,assignments are given .

- I like the teachers the way of teaching them and the way of books provided by thecollege
- I like the campus area .And cafeteria .The people are so liberant and kind they help each other and leave happily
- I like the behaviour of department of student Welfare

- Some of the teachers are rude and elegant
- Sometimes the bus are so dirty and so far to catch
- Sometimes while crowd things are being stolen from another to another

Exam times are two crucial and the way of taking exam is very elegant but sometimes they try to be being over smart and not helping others in their examination and the way of speaking is very bad and tidy

- I think, the campus is being liked by everyone whether its staff member or a student, because the university consists of many blocks or departments and that too are named as A1, A2, A3, A4 & B1, B2, B3, B4, B5 & C1, C2, C3 & D1,D2,D3,D4,D5,D6,D7,D8
- Parks and all are made for the relaxation purpose of the student
- Car Parkings are available separately for the students and staff and that also inside the campus which is ambitious.
Dislikes
- The semester fees and other expenses is relatively higher as compared to other institutions
- Some students find the university’s rule such as strict attendance policies and accurate timings for the classes, quite stringent
- Mostly 2 common times, one is in morning nearby 8.50 AM to 9.50 AM and in evening nearby 3.50 PM to 5.00 PM, the rush is like horses and buffaloes! There is so much over crowded & most of the crowd occurs by the Autos, but no one do anything for that
Course Curriculum Overview:
As i have opted the course B.Pharmacy! I rate the course as optimal, neither too bad nor too good, its medium!
Now comes on teaching method, some teachers are really well and good and few are those who does not teaches but only writing writing, thats it, they will not explain at all!
And one thing they should change is that All Courses except B.Pharmacy in Chandigarh University have the criteria to pass the student even below the 40% only or the half of the highest number scored by the topper in the class, and for Bpharmacy its minimum requirement to pass the exam is 50%, Oh My God! This needs to be changed, Now every year, in Bpharmacy, the overall 80% students are getting Compartments (Back/Fail) in the subjects, but the University is not understanding it all. So this should be changed as earlier!

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons:
- Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university.
- A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI.
- Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc.
- The university also offers open & distance learning through CUIDOL and online courses.
- As per the latest placement statistics, Chandigarh University Highest International Package stands at INR 1.7 CPA seized by a B.Tech CSE-IBM Information Security student with a US-based company whereas the highest national package stood at INR 54.75 LPA.
