Eligibility Criteria

M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Food Science, Nutrition, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related subjects, or Microbiology, or Biotechnology with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC/Differently Abled/EWS candidates). Marks are not rounded off.
Candidates who have studied under the 10+2+3+2 pattern and obtained their Master's degree from a recognized university are eligible.
Final year PG students are also eligible to apply; they must produce their mark sheet/degree certificate on or before the date notified by the university.

Admission Process

Submit online application at pondiunivadmission.samarth.edu.in and pay the application fee (Rs. 1,500 for General/OBC/EWS; Rs. 750 for SC/ST; Nil for PwD/Transgender). Apply under PHD 158 for Food Science and Technology.
