The M.Tech (Computational Biology) at Pondicherry University is offered in Regular Mode with a very affordable fee structure. The total programme fee for 2026-27 is Rs. 43,472 for the entire 2-year course. The tuition fee is Rs. 3,000 per semester (Rs. 12,000 total). Differently-abled students are fully exempt from all fees except caution deposit and group medical insurance.
