Yearly fee is around 26k, we mostly pay semester wise, as a central university it's quite affordable, yet the facilities they provide is quite questionable, hostel facilities are not worthy, the food quality is below avarage.

Pondicherry University - A Haven or Home? For students

The tuition fee for the Master's program in PU, rounds up to 12000 in the first semester. The odd semester fee is always a bit higher than the even semester. The entirety of admission fee, caution fee and other deposits are included in this. The Hostel fee for the girls comes out to be nearly 19000 in the first semester. It also includes the deposits and mess fees. There is no special reduction of fees for SC students. There is reimbursement in other forms.

Other science department also has a similar fees structure only..there might be some differences Scholarships: Merit cum means scholarship for students securing top 5 in semester exams will be awarded. The amount ranges from 2000 to 3000 per month .

A complete review of Pondicherry Central University

The fee structure for MA English and Comparative Literature is paid semester wise. For the first semester it is INR 19042. For the third semester it is INR 9700 and for both second and fourth semesters it is INR 1700. For each semester's exm registration INR 500 needs to be paid. Degree and provisional certificate fee is INR 2000. For hostel and mess 19400 has to be paid semester wise.

Year wise fee is in the 1st semesters we have to pay 20000 including admission fee ect 2nd semester 3200, 3 rd semester we have to pay 11000 then 4th semester 3200 again. Scholarship is also available for merit base provided by the university it self

Admission to the M.Sc courses of Pondicherry University is now based on CUET PG scores. The registration process for the 2022-23 academic session has been closed recently on 18 July 2022.
