OUAT M.Sc Physics: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

OUAT M.Sc Physics is offered as 2 Years Full Time program. The minimum eligibility criteria for M.Sc is Graduation with 50% + OUAT. The total fees for OUAT M.Sc Physics in 2025 is ₹ 80,880 for the complete course duration, which includes total tuition fees of ₹ 25,980. Earlier, the fees in 2020 - 2021 for M.Sc Physics was ₹ 67,813.

Candidate must have passed Bachelor degree examination securing an Overall Grade Point Average (OGPA) of at least 6.60/10.00 in ten point scale, 3.25/5.00 in five point scale and 2.60/4.00 in four point scale for General Category, whereas for SC/ST/Person With Disability (PWD)/ Kashmiri Migrant/ Kashmiri Pandit (Non-Migrants) / Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrants) candidates, the said requirement is OGPA of at least 5.60/10.00, 2.75/ 5.00 and 2.20/4.00, respectively.
