The faculties ar much experienced and good communicator as well , they are specialized in the speciality and good experienced in the teaching fields , and there teaching method is also good as compared to aothers
They take seminars related to scholarships for students though there are certain eligibility criteria max students get chance to apply and win it.
There is a national festivals like republic day independence day and festivals like diwali and holi will be celebrated in the college.

Dislikes

classes are messy and not cleaned for days.
Some class have not proper maintain its feel like you are in old home without construction canteen is not good too much then food is also not good
There is no network in the college so laptops and mobile dont work there welll.

college offers a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate courses across different streams such as Arts, Commerce, Science, and IT. The faculty is generally well-regarded, with many professors being experienced and knowledgeable in their respect
strong academic programs and dedicated faculty who provide quality education and support to students
encourages participation in various extracurricular activities such as cultural events, sports, and clubs, fostering overall student development.

The canteen must improve food and variety

There is placement cell which provides students job the offer made and companies like wipro infosys L&T infotech etc the highest and average package is 3,00,000 . Maximum of BCA students are got placement in IT field

Navigating college life a student's perspective on Smt P. N. Doshi Women's College

Likes

Lectures are regular so it's subjects are easy to understand
Number of labs are available for practical studies
Vast Number of books are available in libraries

Dislikes

Canteen in ground floor is not good it is dirty and no cleanliness is maintained
Railway station is nearby college due to which noice disturbance occurs

The placement of my college is in a convenient and accessible location with easy access to public transportation and amenities it is situated in a vibrant and diverse communities providing student with the waste aunded educational experience. Companies like IRobokids and Tech Mahindra and provided placement around 2-3 lpa

Teaching and non- teaching staff are very good.
I took admission because of their placement rate. It has a quite good placement rate compare to many big Colleges in Mumbai.

Dislikes

Infrastructure: I didn't like the infrastructure of college

Placement Experience:

Placement rate is quite nice in our college. Big companies come every year for on-campus placements. Companies like visa, Accenture , bank of america, Infosys, Deutsche Bank etc vist Every year. We can take off campus placement too but it's on our own.

The college makes the students industrial ready and teached all the skills an engineer needs. The subject which are added in our curriculum evry semesters are quite different from the subjects in other Universities.
They make sure that the subjects are useful in the industry and make our self fit for the role

Dislikes

The college infrastructure and the washrooms are not that good but anyhow they are renovating them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course in terms of relevance is 10/10. Because the curriculum they have introduced is completely different from other universities. They make the students more comfortable by introducing the subjects which make the students industrial ready.

The campus is the best to play with cats
Placement for you is fixed if you score above 8 cgpa in 3rd year
Every event held in Foyer which makes you then visible to us

Dislikes

Lifts are always jam packed with students

Placement Experience:

In 3rd year, placements take place. Companies like Accenture, Colgate, Deloitte, JP morgan, Bank of America, TCS, L&T visit the campus for placements. Placement training is provided by the college itself.

Placements are good. but it depends on branch.
syllabus is good industry related and better.
campus is too big and gives nature vibes.

Dislikes

Washrooms does not have handwash and does not provide pads in pad machine
classes are messy and not cleaned for days.
PC's in labs do not work and college does not have internet connection.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's good and industry-related skills are provided. The curriculum is good and not as hectic as Mumbai University. The curriculum is 75% practical so its good and better for students to get hands-on practice so they can be industry ready.

I really like the canteen facility and the food in canteen is cheap and quite good
The fest conducted in this college is one of the best fest's in mumbai
The teachers are quite good , helpful and friendly and teaching is also good and they have a good mutual understanding

Dislikes

The hostel Facilities are very uneffective and the infrastructure is too old and the warden is also strict does not allows to go home when you are sick

Placement Experience:

The placement rate is good. Every year 70% of students are placed and the companies that visit for placement are Flipkart, Bank of America, Detsche Bank, etc. The Average package is about 10 LPA and while the Highest package is upto 32.25 LPA. Doing an MBA From IIT or IIM after B.teach would be great and I am preparing for CAT.

The college provides a welcoming atmosphere for newcomers in the collage.The senior are well very supportive and helpful.The collage staff works for welfare of students
The collage always avails you to take part into inter Collage compitition and into various festes.
The faculty never fails to solve any of your problem. The collage provides exposure towards outer world in compitition and in academic view.

Dislikes

The labs for students are not very well to work with. Some machines need to be worked on which indeed is going on currently.
The collage has time schedule of entire day.. starts from 8.30 till 5 in the evening mostly everyday. That turns out to be little hectic for students
Overall experience is great and turns out that you will enjoy your journey no matter what

Placement Experience:

Companies require atleast 8 as your CGPA The companies visit are Visa with highest-paid of 34LPA last year Dautche IBM ORACLE JP Morgan Bank of America Infosys Mostly 85-90 percent of student gets placement through the collage campus and around 75-80 percent student get internship during their third year

The college infrastructure is very good. Also the staff is very cooperating. The exams go very smooth and there is o chance of paper leak.
The collegecanteen provides good food and there is hostel available for students who come from far

Dislikes

Hostel mess food is not up to the mark but there is cleanliness maintained over there.
Number of labs should be increased because students are more

The placements are very good. The average pafkage is around 7lpa and there are almost 30+ companies visiting our college every year This time the highest package offered was 32lpa by visa.also Deutsche bank gave 19lpa, hp gave 23lpa, jp morgan gave 20lpa, barclays gave 17lpa and ma y such offers were given.

The campus of sndt university is huge and it helps the girls to achieeve their dreams in this university
In this college they also offer general elective course apart from your core subjects.
The faculty of sndt university is very nice. They are very helpful and overall very active.

Dislikes

The classrooms dont have air conditioners in them and it gets very stuffy and hot.
The portion is quite hectic and the college complete the 6 semester portion in mostly 4 months and it gets quite hectic.
The labs need to be renovated and labs need to be increased as the population is quite big.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is quite hectic because it has many subjects per semester. The practicals are also quite good. But surely The curriculum needs a big update as the students need more outside exposures and knowledge.
