The college conducts annual exams split into summer and winter sessions, featuring internal, external, and written components. These exams are quite challenging, with a pass rate of only 60%. The institution offers a structured internship program at its own hospital, which lasts for 12 months, divided into 9 months of initial training followed by 3 additional months.

Interns receive a stipend of about 8,000 INR per month, providing them with valuable experience and a strong foundation for future job placements. The course fee for general category students is 49,000 INR annually for all three years, while SC students pay just 1,000 INR in the first year.
