We need to pay our fees on yearly basis at the rate of 19000/year. Students are provided with PG(JRF) and institutional scholarships at the rate of 12000/month and 7560/month respectively based on the ranks. In addition to this contingency of 12000 is also provided by the University to all the students.
The fee structure of the Central institute of fisheries Education is fine if we look at the facilities provided by the college to the students. The fee of the course which I am doing is 1 lakh 50 thousand.
The total fees of my course is 32,900 in which we have to pay 16,700 in the first year and 16,200 in the second year. I'm in the second year of my course. But before taking admission I made some research and found that the recharge by the college is less when compared to many other big colleges.
M fsc fee is about 17000 rupees per annum course duration is of 2 years. Phd fee is about 15000 per annum course duration is of 3 years. The fee is quite feasible. Admission happens in the month of june or july.
The each discipline of CIFE offers 1 seat as JRF seat from ICAR. CIFE offers scholarship of 7500/-to the students. The events like Onam, Durga puja, Ganesh puja, Dassera, Dandia are celebrated together. The annual sports, freshers party, year ending, Christmas events are worth to mention which allow the students to come together and celebrate.
The fee structure of the college for this course is around 1 lakh 50 thousand which is quiet feasible as per the needs and demand of the course . Hence, it will not be wrong to say that the fees is affordable as per the education and facilities provided by the institution.
Yes we are getting fellowship monthly, for all the student who are qualified PhD are getting fellowship of 25k, this helps them to improve their research and self maintainace also.
