I get a ssp scholarship 19600 per year and so many students have got the very well and good package
Faculty are good and knowlege people, and also teaching is good and ready to help any time, also take care of each student and also they ready to help any time and also give good imformation about industry
Yes, we got good experience in our college campus life.they held good technical festivals like ethical hacking, many hacking, awareness of voting.

Dislikes

My college is too boring there are no activities no fest not sports nothing.
I was actually little disappointed because i didn't get any campus placement
The hostel food is not good and there is no more items in their menu

So good teaching in class and also faculty is good
All are kannada and English literature and available in study hour's
In this college the campus selection is good

Dislikes

In Bengaluru the temperature and weather is not good
Nathing is there to say about of this college
Engineering College time table is not good

Small review about BMSCE

Likes

College is very nice during rainy season.
College placements are very good.There is not ragging
Teachers are very experienced,well qualified and they focus on our career development.

Dislikes

College campus is very small, college ground is also very small .
1st year class rooms are little away from main campus so we do not able to interact with seniors.
No much activities done till now, some events are done but I am not satisfied with it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Basically Curriculum of our college is based on the curriculum of Vishveshwarayya technological University(VTU) because our college is autonomous but affiliated under VTU. That's why our curriculum is good based on modern technology which help us to tackle modern application problems and also this is very helpful to go further studies also. I think frequency of college is right but time to write exam want to be increase.

Provides a good faculty with God knowledge and experience about their subject.
Dur to having a large number of students the campus is always Lively and there is always something or the other is going on constantly.
The campus with a total area of 30 acres is quite big and is well equipped with various facilities

Dislikes

The watch guards are quite discriminating against the Northies and those who don't know kannada
The sports ground is very small in comparison to the total strength of students in the college
The behaviour of the management of the hostels and the mess is quite bad

Placement Experience:

DSCE is pretty good with placements. For this year i.e, 2024 the placement rate was of 97% across all the courses. The average package for all the branches of BE was 5 LPA and for CS+Electronics/Electrical branches in BE the average package was of 10 LPA. The placement cell of the college is quite active and help the students for getting placements Students become eligible for placement after completing their 7th semester. My main plan after completing my BE is to clear Grade A Government exams.

Apt college for students

Likes

Faculties are very good and humble and informative
Facilities available are very nice and proper
Exams are held on semester basis that are very good

Dislikes

Gaming facilities are very poor and not proper
Fests are not organised properly and they are very poorly taken
Students are not organised properly so many people can't cope up with other students

Electronics and communication engineering is basically best course in action to take in consideration at time when we are dealing in vlsi I thoroughly enjoyed the curriculum I nearly made 5 full length project in ECE so I am well prepared for real world applications I don't think there are areas in improvement The exams are there in every 2 months and with moderate difficulty

Clubs activities like spandana programs to entertain the students
And I liked lectures how. They cAring us in very polite

Nothing to say lectures are very strict in classes
In campus every student will be roaming and eating snacks

The campus is located at nearly 6 acres of land which almost is covered by trees which gives fresh air and good atmosphere across the campus and many ore facilities like good parking with sheet covered area good security in the area
Best teachers who are experienced who teach well and makes sure that they cover the syllabus and make sure that students understands every bit of the chapter or the point thy teach friendly faculty and the standardized laboratory
Good opportunities for hackathons and supportive coordinators and good library which has books which may be useful for the student's to study or gain knowledge and good food in canteen which has clean and neat workers and good food

Dislikes

There are minimum amount of fests and events to display extra talent of the students where the college fails to organize better fests and good events to give equal chances to the students to ensure their talent dosent go waste
Sports opportunites are less cause only few sports are there and only few students are aware of it if there was better training for every particular sports it would have been better and many students would have joined sports and would have won for us
Laboratories are advanced but there are less number of equipment because of which students cannot perform all the experiments and the busy schedule of the college makes the student to be exhausted but if they work on it it would be great

Placement Experience:

From third semester onwards the placement training will take place officials from Bizotech or Q-Spiders will visit the college and they take aptitude ,interview type of classes and make students ready for placements and the companies visit college and placements starts from 7th semester onwards many companies like Tech mahindra,IBM,INfosys ,Wipro many more companies visit our college for placements and they offer placement for students depending on their skills there are 25LPA to 2LPA packages which are maximum and minimum packages college calims that 100% of students get placed in the placement training because of the skills students have and the way teachers guide My plans would be getting a job or higher studies after degree

My Overall Review

Likes

Good Placement Cell , Good Comapnies come to our Campus regularly . Is and Cs have almost 100% Placement.
College is located in a Small Village so its very good enivronment over here . Very Less Pollution issues.
Do Cultral functions and extra curicular Programs Regulary , which helps to build Soft Skills.

Dislikes

Most of the Professors are Teaching simply what they learnt when they graduated in 90s . No Update according to Modern Trends.
No Good State of the Art Library . Its very old building with lots of Restrictions and irritating librarions.
No Open Space inside the Campus to just Dicuss things or just socialize.

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem Students become eligible for placments . Many companies visit like Finnacle , Texas instruments , Nutanix , TCS , Twillio , few japan based companies . Finnacle Hires around 60 people last year . Highest Package was 52LPA . IT Branches have pretty good placements . Even Ece and EEE have a good placements . My Plan is to just get a job.
