Faculty here are , good .few of the professors are highly qualified, some are from nits and iits.
Specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced me was i got admission under scholarship and also many told that faculty is good for the course i chose and even the placement opportunities was far better than others
I love the environment of my college it gives peace and happiness

Dislikes

Hostel facilities are not good keeping in mind the fees charged.
The food served is not good and the rooms are shared with 4 students which makes it very difficult to focus as everybody have different time schedules.
Food is not good in hostel and daily the put sambar

Benefits at Amrita Coimbatore

Likes

Faculty is very friendly to students, They clear all doubts regarding subject
Campus provides peaceful environment surrounding green hills around campus
Placements are better than other private colleges

Dislikes

Food provided in the hostel is very irritating
Climatic conditions will irritate students during extreme summer
Cultural fests should be conducted for boosting students life in the campus

Placement Experience:

Placements are far better than other colleges I think so. Here Average is between 8lakhs to 10lakhs. The highest package in the year 2023 is recorded as 35LPA. 75 percentage of students get placed every year.

Positives of amrita Bengalore campus

Likes

There will be peace and full of greenary
Nice atmosphere to study and friendly teachers
Sports and curriculum was most liked by anyone

Dislikes

Food is not good in hostel and daily the put sambar
Teachers are very experienced so they will not explain fully we need to read
Mostly internships are starts from 6th semester that was very late for students

Course Curriculum Overview:

A) In amrita ece course will be good compare to other courses. B) Teachers are highly professional and for every 45 students 1 teacher will be there C) 95% of eachers done PhD and teachers are very experienced and very supportive in studies. D) the syllabus was bit tough when compare to other universities but the teachers will explain well and when teachers are explaining the class we should listen carefully then we can easily pass

Faculty is very good and experienced here.
Give more importance to extra curricular activities
Hostel and class rooms are neat and well managed

Dislikes

Food here was not good and the menu is same.
There will be no outings when we want to go outside.
Strict time table which is hard to follow

My course is Electronics and Communication Engineering. I took this course because I am not interested in computer coding. The faculty here is very experienced and has vast knowledge of the core courses. The term exams are not that difficult but manageable.

Review to Know What and How is Amrita School Of Engineering Bangalore

Likes

Maintainence of College and Hostel facilities ,clean and eco-friendly nature.
Association of Teachers and students and concern.
Also many Programs and Offers given by amrita to students.

Dislikes

Same food every week in hostel and timings to visit outside are fixed.
Some delays in management facilities and not big area for visiting.

Placement Experience:

After the 7th-semester students become eligible for placements. KPMG, Cognizant, Genpact and many more with more than56.9LPA placements. Highest Package Range from INR 56.95LPA and Average Package Range From INR 5.8LPA. 98% of students get placements here. I am going to complete my Masters in Foreign.

every student on the campus with respect to the branch .who had a cpga of 6 and above can join the placements offered by the college. nearly 190 companies visited the campus. the highest is nearly 62 lpa.

Decent college for studies only

Likes

Library is well maintained and available books are good.
Placement cell which starts training from 4th semester
Wireless and Radio frequency lab .They do lots of intresting projects .Tgey in charge of the lab is an Ex ISRO scientist.

Dislikes

Hostel food and canteen facilities. Only veg is provided in hostel.
The way departmens allote professors for a subject is not at good.Maby professors dont have good knowledge in the subject they teach.
Campus life.Dont except campus shown in movies .It is just a decent campus for only study purposes.

From the 6th semester, we will be eligible for placements. Mostly IT and networking companies visit the campus like Cisco, Arista, etc. Mercedes-Benz also visits the campus but the acceptance rate is very less. The highest package is around 30-40 L ctc. On average the package will be 7L. Last year our seniors got placed with a rate of 96%. I want to go for further studies.

Nice campus and good faculty who supports students.
Cultural education is taught so that one knows about his country.
No restrictions for students in campus and hostels.

Dislikes

only veg food is being served and many here face it as an issue
uniform is mandatory for everyone in the campus.
students can go out only from 3-6 and full day outing is given only for 2 days

Placement Experience:

Placements here are very good as you get a chance to attend placements from other campuses of Amrita too, 96%students get placed and the highest package is around 57LPA. students get placed in the 6th semester itself.

The syllabus they follow for every subject and dividing the entire syllabus in 3units and prepared the topics before starting of subject

The food and hostel facilities in our college is below average compare to other colleges

Placement Experience:

Generally in our college students, while studying 6th sem, the placements will start the first few drives are CISCO, BOSCH, IBM, COGNIZANT, etc. and after starting of 7th sem the placements will come and almost every student will get placed with a good package. The highest package is 45 LPA average package is 7.5 LPA.
