Dislikes
- Some teachers are not well expert in their field, though the college is at peaceful location but at night, it's not safe to leave the campus
Placement Experience:
In 5th year, companies start coming for the placements.Being a 2nd year student, I don't have much knowledge about it. But our last batch senior who passed out. Many of them I heard that they got placements. The placements were around like 12,00,000.

Likes
- Social life I rate 4 out of 5. We do celebrate festivals together, organise center based events, lectures, prom nights,DJ nights. So it's a balance of fun and academic events Seniors are helpful. There's no any sort of isolation or discrimination.
- It's inclusive campus of all gender and we do support each other. Placement cell is active but maj tries to get their own PPOs. We get big firms in our campus but the ratio is still upgrading.
- Whatever infrastructure we are rn with are of top notch. The hostels and academic buildings are very well infra wise. The curriculum is flexible as per the need and helps us in the professional field In real.
Dislikes
- I don't like some of the faculties and their mindset of awarding marks. They are by theirind bound to give 3/5 in the best answers. So that average goes down.
- We need more infrastructure because a lot of space is vacant. We have the plan but should be executed soon.
- Location is a disadvantage because distant from the maintown but the connectivity is good and we have places nearby to visit. Be it for essentials or luxury
Internships Opportunities:
After every semester we have one month of internship breaks. So 10 internships in total. We can get them by our own sources or applications and our college also helps us in providing the same. People do intern in district courts, high courts and supreme courts. They also intern under firms like Khaitan, CAM, SAM ,MSA etc.
Some do not get stipeds like in initial years like first and second but some do get the same of even 10k. So it's subjective to the place you are interning at.

- The mooting culture is really good. We get proper training sessions for drafting, research and oral rounds. There is a fresher's moot court competition held every year to introduce first years to mooting.
- Lush green campus situated outside the main city. The environment is really good. Campus is large, with four badminton courts (both indoor and outdoor). There are two basketball courts along with cricket ground, a football field and lawn tennis court
- The senior-junior culture of college is really good. Seniors are always there to help juniors. Seniors act as mentors.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure. The college lacks infrastructure. Library is small. There is no moot court room.
- Faculties are less in number. There is only one professor who is VC only. There are very few Associate professors, rest are assistant professors and teaching assistants.
- Location of the college is a disadvantage. College being situated in Jharkhand lacks in terms of opportunities because of Ranchi's lesser connectivity and Jharkhand being a poor state
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for campus placements after 8th semester. There are various law firms and corporate companies which visit college like Trilegal, SAM, CAM, ICICI Bank, etc. Many AORs are also invited to hire students under them. Although the campus placement is not that great, but students do find job after graduation. Many students go for LLM after the course also.

- In one batch, there is limited seats of only 120 student.
- our faculty is comprehensive and engaging
- we have vibrant range of student of student, which makes the university fruitful.
Dislikes
- our university exists in outside of main city.
- we have limited source of purchasing things as instant.
Internships Opportunities:
in our university we have inernship cell, which provide internship to the student for one month or prescribed for particular month. in internship,it is very rare that we get any stipend internship. almost all the get internship through application procedure to specific firms, adovated or judges as they wish. we get various tasks to do research on specific things or law or get to draft.

- The hostel and the fact that we all have a balcony. Rooms are very spacious considering we are all single sharing it after our first year.
- We have a common mess unlike most of the colleges out there, and boys hostel and girls hostel are very close so it doesn't feel like a vast difference. Campus is very spacious too.
- The senior junior relation. Unlike most colleges, the college provides a very inclusive relationship between juniors and seniors. People are very helpful, playful and fun. So you got your back.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure. We only have 4 buildings- 2 hostels, 1 mess and 1 acad. But the good thing is that they are finally extending the campus. They have already got the money and released the tender for the same.
- Eating places. We only have a Nescafe, for the past 6 months pur canteen has been closed and even if it is open I do believe we need more places to hangout.
- Connectivity. The airports and railway station are quite far so that becomes an issue at times but the college does provides bus if many students our travelling for drop services. They even provide food packets!!
Internships Opportunities:
Mostly students apply for internship on their own in their desired firms or law chambers and see to the stipend on their own. But college helps too for internships in tier 1 firm. Only requirement is for you to be in 3rd year.
Stipend at would be from 5k- 20k, considering law interns don't get paid much.

Students frequently intern at top tier law firms like Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Kaithan and Co Tri Legal and J Sagar Associate
Opportunities to work under senior advocates in courts like Supreme Court High Court and trial court
NUSRL has a dedicated intensive placement committee that assists students in securing internship.

- The campus is beautiful. Not a lot of buildings but nature is so damn good.
- The weather of campus is also damn good.
- The seniors are helpful. They help you with you academics as well as sports
Dislikes
- The faculty is somewhat untrained. Teachers here have no Idea what they are teaching.
- There is so much red tapeism in this College. Everything takes days to be done.
- The rooms are so small and sharing upto 3rd year.
Internships Opportunities:
I'm in first year so I don't know a lot. But yes the college does provided internship opportunity at big firms such as Khetan and big law firms. But for that you need to be academically best. You can easily do internship in courts just by showing them the recommendation letter of college.

- I like the most about my college is interactive faculty and also the cleanliness of the university with a lots of space it is safe
- Second thing I like the most is reasonable fees as compare to others NLUs as over the past few years they haven't increase the fees
Dislikes
- Sometimes I don't the food because many of the times we found insects in the food.
Internships Opportunities:
Most of the time we done our intership by our own college provide us letter of recommendation but most of the done it by self but there are some companies like Federal & Co.,Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas etc.

- Campus is full of greenery. This is one of the best parts and the area is huge so a major recreational part is the multiple walks around the campus . Its quite far from the main city so you can stay peacefully away from the city buzz and have peace
- Although surely there will be pressure but its not extremely stressful . You can still have time to chill and stay free. Not everyone is too much competitive so one can find some people who will be ready to help you and would help you sort out things
- Another good part is the weather . Compared with other cities in ranchi you would not face that scorching summer heat. Just for one to two months you will face the heat . Rest of the time the weather remains very moderate so you can stay without acs
Dislikes
- One major problem is no proper maintenence of the campus. The campus needs to be maintained as it has a large area. But it is not done . Problem of insects and snakes exist due to this. Infrastructure is very limited and its needs development
Internships Opportunities:
Internships are given through the internship cell. But it will be better if you can secure one by your own. The internship cell is not that strong yet . So to get tier 1 firms internhsip you cant wholly rely on the cell. If you dont manage to secure anywhere then surely you can expect to get one from the cell. Internships are mainly provided in firms where u work as legal intern. Most of them are unpaid until you go to 4th year
