National University of Study and Research in Law Ranchi Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

The placement scenario at NUSRL indicates a gradual improvement over the years despite being a relatively new institution. In recent years, about 50-60 students out of a batch of 120 have secured placements, with notable law firms such as Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, and Khaitan & Co. participating. The highest recorded package was around 14 to 16 lakhs per annum, primarily through Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs), while the average package is approximately 5 to 7 lakhs per annum.

Approximately 80% of students receive job offers through the campus placement process. Internship opportunities are actively facilitated by the Internship and Placement Committee, though many students independently secure their internships, especially in their initial years. Paid internships are more common as students progress in their studies. The placement and internship support is evolving, with continuous efforts from both the university and students contributing to better outcomes. However, the institution’s placement performance is still developing compared to top-tier National Law Universities.
