"Exploring My College Experience: A Comprehensive Review"

Likes

The college runs on a 5 day weak model for classes
The college has good helping staff due to which students have a good time

Dislikes

The development rate of the campus is slow as the college has a huge area for development

Placement Experience:

Our college also provides campus placement to students with package ranges between from 3 lpa to 6 lpa this year some of our senior got the package of 8 lpa also But many of students opt for govt jobs and higher studies including me

Average college experience

Likes

I like meeting my friends. I like roaming around the college.
I like the labs. I actually enjoy taking practical knowledge from the college.
The college is near a good environment. The teaching staff is average.

Dislikes

The college staff is very bad. They have some kind of ego problem i guess.
The transportation facility of college is aslo very bad.
The infrastructure of college is worst. There are buildings which are left unbuilt for years.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually the college campus is environment friendly. There are alot of trees in the college and a lot of empty space. The curriculum of college is good but it can be improved. The staff is i dont think is friendly. They have a lit bit of ego problem

It's a very good college

Likes

I liked the playground of the college it is well settled
Library is also good and there is a good availability of books
Sports equipments availability is also good

Dislikes

The walls of the class is not properly paint
Floor is also too much slippery there. It's bad

It is a very good college all the faculty is help ful. They support you and help you in various ways. They are very supportive and give their best to teach the students. Labs are well settled. You must join the college

Review of government College of engineering and technology Jammu

Likes

Our college have a large campus of approximately 1000 kanals
Or college is full of trees. And its roads were so clean and plain.
The faculty members are experienced and have a good learning experience

Dislikes

The sweeper not come on time. They are late sometimes.
Our college is approximately 3 km away from main road
Electrical engineering department is not built till now and its work is in progress

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am a mechanical engineering student. I have Opted this course because of my interest in car designing Indu engineering department is very good and very well furnished. And the faculty members are very experienced.

I lik the campus the most . Campus is full of greenery. Campus have every single facility like Library, playground, hostel, labs lecture halls , auditorium, workshops , canteen etc
Teachers and the faculty is really supportive. Faculty is well experienced in there fields

Dislikes

Location of the college. It is situated in rural and backward area and the transport facility there is very low
Curriculum and syllabus of the course is bit difficulty

Placement Experience:

Placements are not such as iits have but yes average amount of placements are there . As it is the government every company wants to consider the government colleges for there placements Placements starts from 4th semester Any student from 3 semester can apply for placement and internship Most the students of college plan and prepare for government exams like Upsc , sach , jkssb etc .. And they get into it more than the placements Students are less interested in the placements

Ballb is a good course Gives a student inner confidence and revolves around legal system of the country . Being a Lawyer is a good carer . I took the decision of choosing this course by my own and am very satisfied with my decision .

you should pursue engineering in general only if you are sure about it without any external influence.

Likes

There are professors who really want to guide you there. Few of my professors guided me well, and cooperative in terms of LOR, guideance etc

Dislikes

Hostels need AC services, to tackle the summer
Transportation facility in my college is still poor in term of convenience.

Placement Experience:

avg placement of 3.5 lakh offereed on campus to student applying for placement . highest package offered 6lakh/annum around 20 companies visited in m term. most of them were for programing profile. improve your programming skills

Likes

clasrooms are good in classroms their are projectors are installed
Faculty is too cooperative and good the faculty members and HOD of our departmanet is good the cooperate with the students
Location of college is good the area of college is good their is fresh air. No air pollution etc.

Dislikes

Food in the hostel: the food of the hostel is not good
Washrooms are not good in the hostel they don't clean the hostel washrooms properly
No sports: college doesn't provide any ooprtunities or carrier in the sports

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester the students can apply for campus placements College provides an average placements. Highest package provided by the differnet companies are 3.6 lakh /year 30-40?studensts are getting placements my plan after getting the degree is to study futher

Good value for money college with nice curriculum

Likes

Campus is good and spacious and the labs are air conditioned and well maintained
Labs are good and they have all the equipment’s required
Faculty is good and highly qualified and they take no discourage in teaching you well

Dislikes

Average placement CTC is quite low compared to other colleges
Sports and other fun activities are not performed quite often and the social life is not that good

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible for placements . Very less companies visit our college offering average packages of 3 lakh INR . Avisoft -3 lakh Zibal technology- 3 lakh PI infocomm - 4 lakh If a class of 40 applies for the placement they only take 4 5 students at max . I myself will be looking for off campus placements because they offer higher packages

In our jammu university campus life are enjoyable, Faculty are quite supportive, new infrastructures are created every year so that larger number of students are studied without any obstacles of space and courses

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose Masters in economics becoz economics is the study of how to evaluates alternatives and make better choices. In our campus faculty are well experienced and educated and method of teaching is Top class. Exams are separated in 4 parts and exams are moderate level not so hard.
