Likes

Every teacher here is friendly, provides a good environment to study and gain knowledge.
Campus provides you opportunities to get placed in a good companies with good packages anf offers.
The hostel facility is good but somewhat costly but it is really good in the mountains and offers a great facility.

Dislikes

Transport system is very poor, after 5:30 there is no bus you have to come through cab
The university is excluded from the city so public buses are not available after 6pm which can sometimes be a little messy.
There portal system is very poor there server is down many times

How is Shoolini ?

Likes

The university is clean and surrounded by lush greens. Security personnel are deployed throughout the campus and CCTVs are installed in almost every corner.
Research opportunities, great exposure is provided. Hands-on training experience on instruments, conferences, synthesis of materials, workshops are highly encouraged.,

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is highly relevant to build textual knowledge and practical skills. Research is a major part of the cirriculum. Hands-on traning on instruments, research/review paper writing, synthesis of relavant materials to you domain, conferences, workshops are highly encouraged and provided.

Review of Shoolini University

Likes

The campus is very student's friendly.There is alot of diversity with students from all over the country and some international students as well.This helps to learn a lot and hence contributing in personality development.
The international collaborations.The universitie's international collaborations allows for a chance of networking as university hosts many workshops and confereneces and study abroad programs .
The lush green beautiful campus surrounded by nature.

Dislikes

The mismanagement often lead to unncessary problems .
The timetable is not managed properly leading to wasting a lot of time.
The laborartories don't have proper chemicals and equipments

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in their last semester but the students are prepared for the placements in the previous semester itself.Many companies visit the campus for placements but only a few get core jobs rest get placed in marketing and sales.Most of the students go for PHDs in India as well as abroad.

Shoolini University an expensive for life.

Likes

The University is anti-ragging, never faced any discrimination based on locality.
The University is beautifully decorated with flowers and natural things.
The loved the yogananda library which is open 24/7.

Dislikes

Laboratories don't have chemicals and equipments.
No parking facilities for the students..
Timetable is not well managed, too much time is wasted.

Placement Experience:

3rd semester students become eligible for placement. Many companies visit the campus time to time, most of the students are placed in sales, some 20% get placed in core companies. I am planning to do PhD after my masters.

Lot of activities and Dj nights with a lot of fun
Amazing library, open 24/7 , environment friendly campus and supporting facility
Peace of mind, no disturbance and positive environment

Dislikes

Took a lot of money for small things like if you not come to convocation then you have to pay amount for your degree
Transport system is very poor, after 5:30 there is no bus you have to come through cab
Changing of guide and comparison of the students

Course Curriculum Overview:

Quite a good course I guess and can fit in all the terms either in research, pharma companies, phd, or teaching. Quite interesting also. Can get job easily in the private sector. You can apply for PhD during your masters

Excellent university

Placement Experience:

From the 4th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Panacea, Torrent, Dr Reddy, and HRD agro visited the university in the placement drive. The profiles offered are scientific trainees and quality control microbiologists.

Shoolini University, Solan Review

Placement Experience:

For three years of course from the fifth semester, students become eligible for the placements, and for the eight-semester course students become eligible from the seventh semester. Many companies have visited like Biocon, about, spectral force, mankind, Cipla and many more. The highest package for biotech students is 6 lakhs and the average is 3 lakhs or around. 80 percent is the average of students getting placements. I am planning to go for higher studies.

Placement Experience:

Placement Is good but the package they offer to BSc or MSc students is below expectations if you talk about engineering, bioengineering placement they grab a good package and the most notable is MBA which git 100% placement which high package. My plan is a little bit confusing I will choose MBA or MSc wisely.

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for BTech and MBA students, the companies like Nestle, Wipro, and others are there for the placement. There are many details on the website. You should check those. There are BTech students who are placed in nestle. The higher package is for 17 lakhs per an um and the average is 3-4 lakhs.

Remarks:

I do not find any negatives as such but there is always a room for improvement.Students enjoy the leisure time as well as the college time.The quality of food can be worked uponas the mess and food joints provide avearage to good food.

Studying at Shoolini University has been a wonderful experience. The faculty members are knowledgeable and approachable, the learning environment is inspiring, and the hostel and mess facilities are excellent. For hostellers, it genuinely feels like a home away from home.

I've had a positive experience at Shoolini University. The campus environment is peaceful, the infrastructure is modern, and the faculty is very cooperative.
