Students become eligible for placements by 5th semester since Manav Rachna provides various internship in the last year .Major Recruiters In Manav Rachna are AON Hewitt, CMC, DELL, HCL Technologies, L & T Infotech, Motherson Sumi, NIIT, SAMSUNG, WIPRO, ACCENTURE, SONY ERICSSON, GENPACT, Zen Focus, 3 Pillars Global, Tech Mahindra, Aricent Technologies, TCS, ICS Solutions, SunLife, etc.Around 60 to 70% of the students get placed from college. The highest salary package offered was 16 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are Microsoft, TCS, and Infosys.

Internships as the last placement opportunities are really ridiculous and totally disappointing. Being a business administration student we only got placements pertaining to sales and cold calling. For the placements, 1 needs 60% and above without any backlogs. The average package loss is around 3 to 5 lakhs per anum. I am planning to study abroad With a gap of 2 years in which I'll be working on my startup.

Students become eligible for internships from the 5th semester onwards. Many companies visit for campus placements mainly relating to Banks and Finance. Very few students sit for placements as most go for higher studies and those who sit surely gets placed. I plan to do MBQ after my graduation.
