- There is no hike in the tution fees per year 2,40,000 yes there are many government scholarships college also gives scholarahips yes college provides campus placements internships and much more help for projects
- Technical and social fests are really interested and very good .all the clubs work so hard to encourage the students .
- Hostel rooms are 2 sharing and have all necessary things like aur conditioners,bed, mattress, study table etc.rooms are clean and comfortable too.
Dislikes
- The management are quite bad and fees are high in compare other universities.
- Unnecessary burden on students, they never understand the genuine concerns of students
- Attendance of 80% is might be the disliked factor for me

- The college is located in Kudasan which was three years back and outskirt but now is the gateway to Gift City.
- A metro station has been built right next to our college and it has made our commuting so easy.
- Campus is so huge and plus there are not much restrictions on hostel timings.
Dislikes
- Students aren't that serious here as many of them are from business background and have come here just for fun.

Placement Experience:
PDEU believes in skill building and therefore it all starts from second semester. Our labs sessions are also more of teaching us skills than just the coding so during the end of the 6th semester, we are informed t be ready. Companies like Google, Amazon, and BSE among others which are now going to be available in GIFT CITY have made tie-ups with our university. The average placements as of now stands at 10 lakhs which soon wil cross 20 lakhs once the Gift City is operational.

- Infrastructure of the college: the campus is of good size with all basic amenities
- Faculty: the teachers and the lab assistant are very helpful and good with their work
- Library: total of 3 libraries in the campus based on different courses
Dislikes
- Sitting area is very less compared to the number of students
- Cafeteria is always full and most of the students leave ther leftovers on the table
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is very in line with the current requirements of the field. We are also given open electives such as English communication and Organizatioonal Behaviour which helps is the overall development of a student

- The faculty here is good enough for you.
- There is quite a good education here and the exam system here is also good
- There is equality here and no one can get admission via contacts
Dislikes
- Girls ratio is too low here, 10 in class of 85
- There are many boys here in the college.
- Specially in electrical field there are more girls compared to boys
Course Curriculum Overview:
The college offers a lot of additional activities like worshop practices in which a individual can get to know different types of works related to cutting of woods, how the wood is manufactured and how its processed amd then also we have classes of environmental sciences human resources, and then at last we also have class of Indian knowledge system, in which we can get advanced knowledge about how the justice workds in our country india amd can get additional knowledge rather than just conputer Engineering science which is my field, so this is the thing that attracted my to get in this college

- The campus is pretty good. It has modern infrastructure and good research facilities.
- Seniors are very supportive and friendly to freshmen. There is no chance of raging.
- The events and festivals are so good. There are so many cocurricular activities that are important in my college.
Dislikes
- Some faculties are so rude. They don't get liberal with students.
- Attendance is very important in my college. College is very serious about attendance.
- The boy-to girl ratio is very poor. It's around 4 boys at one girl.
Placement Experience:
From the 7th semester, students can apply for campus placement. So many tech and finance companies come to give placement in our college, like TCS, Infosys, JP Morgan, and the list goes on. The highest package offered is 38 L.P.A. by JP Morgan to 4 students. Almost 70% of students get placed. After getting my degree, I would love to try in the startup industry; in fact, I have so many ideas.

- Its near to gift city which causes not ending infrastructure which is good in a way
Course Curriculum Overview:
I have pursued bachelors in automobile engineering currently. The main advantage of me being in this course is advanced labs which includes various engines and different machines as well as my college has an excellence centre specially for automobile which is a workshop plant.

Placement of the college nowadays is less because of the recession after the COVID-19 phase.
Nowadays company expects more and more talent and hardwork but still the placements of the college is one of the best in Gujarat

- Love the envionment here campus is pretty good
- Hostel crowd is fun to be around made a lot of friends
- Food is better than other hostels around they give us
Placement Experience:
They assure 98% placement here and the average package is 9LPA
Placement are both on campus and off campus
The highest package offered was 38LPA in 2023
College even provides help for further studies abroad

- Campus and Infrastructure: The buildings are very neat and cleaned
- The Club system is very good here as we get a very good amount of exposure for our self growth and developement.
- The faculties are well qualified and they teach very good. I personally understadn what they teach in one go.
Dislikes
- There is no swimming pool here as it is such a good sport to be fit.
- They dont have any place to sudy in group
- There is no Indoor Badminton Court here to play when there is speedy air which doesnt let us play.
Placement Experience:
From 7th Sem onwards we are eligible for placements.
Companies which come: Shell, Reliance, Tata, L&T,ONGC,Infosys,Wipro,Amazon,Microsoft, and IBM.
Highest Placements: 15-25 Lakhs
Management Placements: 25-35 Lakhs
Average package: 5- 10 Lakhs
Management: 7-12 Lakh
80-90% students get placed in the placement selection rounds.
I am thinking to pursue CFA and MBA.

- First of all we get an Excellent Infrastructure facilities here.
- we've got amenities and other facilities like sports comples for different kind of sports including basket ball,Cricket,Football,Tennis etc.
- teachers are higher graduated and very helpful.
Dislikes
- Sometimes the mess food is not much tasteful
- During rainy season the walking area connecting one block to other are filled with water
- There should be some lineancy for entry in college as sometimes we forget to being id card and we’ve to go back to hostel for that
Placement Experience:
college provide good placement for different branches and one of my cousin recently graduated from civil engineering branch and he got package of 8 lakh per annum placement from college in ADANI limited corporation

- Campus security is too strict about the id card.
- Confusing mapping, when you first enter you are completely blank
- The way of education structure which does not help everyone to understand.
Fees and Financial Aid:
About the fees for a normal middle class student like me and stuying in a reputed college did cost me a lot of pressure and through my first year of college as i am not a well doer in my feild but still i'd like my college to start more scholarship programs.

What is your review of Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University Gandhinagar (PDPU)?

One of my friends studied at Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDPU), Gandhinagar. According to him, it is the right institution to study Petroleum Engineering.
- They have a very good curriculum, updated to match the industry norms.
- The faculties are highly experienced and also includes industry experts taking classes often.
- The infrastructure of PDPU is well maintained. All departments have their own designated buildings.
- The campus has 3 libraries.
- Workshops and Labs are well equipped with the latest technology. They also have a virtual class facility.
- Their auditorium is one of the best in Gujrat.
- Hostels are newly established, hence have all the necessary facilities.
- The whole campus is wifi enabled.
- They have sports facilities available in the campus, the sports complex is one of the biggest in India.
- Gandhinagar is the capital of Gujarat and the most planned city of India. It is well connected with proper transport facilities.

PDPU Gandhinagar offers a great campus life. The campus life is also vibrant. They host lots of activities in various areas like coding, gaming, debating, etc. Also, lots of workshops are there for different streams. PDPU Gandhinagar has yearly cultural and technical fests known as ‘Flare’ & ‘Tesseract’ respectively. Overall PDPU is good and also has a strong alumni network.
