- There is no hike in the tution fees per year 2,40,000 yes there are many government scholarships college also gives scholarahips yes college provides campus placements internships and much more help for projects
- Technical and social fests are really interested and very good .all the clubs work so hard to encourage the students .
- Hostel rooms are 2 sharing and have all necessary things like aur conditioners,bed, mattress, study table etc.rooms are clean and comfortable too.
Dislikes
- The management are quite bad and fees are high in compare other universities.
- Unnecessary burden on students, they never understand the genuine concerns of students
- Attendance of 80% is might be the disliked factor for me

- Campus is nice huge and labs are also nice
- There are 3 library and full of books ..
- University has total of 3 hostel own by then self one is girls hostel that is in university campus it self boys (ug) ) hostel is 500 meter away from University campus and third high-rise hostel mix of girl and boys is around 800-900 meter away
Dislikes
- Some faculties are rude and their behaviour
- Attendance is comparatively high than other universities
Placement Experience:
There are campus placement but for our branch i prefer off campus placement because campus placement is not good as we want
But there is good image of PDEU degree in market so if you have good skill you can have a very nice package
Last year one highest package i hear is 48 LPA
Average is about 8-12 lpa

- The lab facility or research facility is very good
- All the professors are PhD holder from good institution
- Sports facility are also excellent as there is proper sports Complex for football, tennis, basketball,volleyball etc.
Dislikes
- This college fells overcrowded as the student capacity is very large
- All professors are well educated but many professors teaching skills are not good
- Teh extra cirrucular activities are not good
Placement Experience:
The placement of this college is good but in some braches there is low placement ratio.
Students of last year are eligible for campus placements
Companies like JIO, TCS, L&T, AMAZON, INFOSYS etc visits this college
Highest placement offer is of Rs 4200000 and average placement is Rs 750000
About 70-80% students gets placed

- Lot of opportunities in co-curriculam activities.
- Hybrid classes available. Emphasis given to Practical knowledge.
- Career advancement opportunities available as there is a placement cell available.
Dislikes
- Mess/Food Facilities are not up to the mark.
- Hostels provided by the College are very expensive.
Course Curriculum Overview:
ICT comprises of both hardware and software knowledge. It's major emphasis is around communication process. These aspects inspired me to take up these course.
The curriculum is a mixture of both Theoretical and Practical knowledge about the course. These comprises of projects and Quiz that helps you in further studies.

Placement Experience:
The highest package offered during SOT PDEU placement 2023 stood at INR 38 LPA. The main companies like JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Jio Platforms, Fello Technologies, Infosys etc.The CSE branch students get highest average packages.

- In pdeu , the campus life is best and amazing. All staff member is very helpful to support student's new journey. The campus is big area and also provide environment to girl and boys.
- The faculty's behaviour is support and help guideline to student and provide knowledge about new emerging fields.
Dislikes
- placement cell is very poor system and not provide coding cultural.
- not provide ROI means that return of invest
Placement Experience:
campus placement is very complected but simple than different college. the placement cometiee is best but average placement is better. placement cometiee is very guideful and supportive to student and promate to student's goal and provide details for post graduation in india or abord.

- I liked college environment for study and learning new skills and experienced new skills others and behaves maturity.
- I liked that college have best sports facility, whether we can use this any time, and enjoys it.
- Also faculty have best mindset for teaching new skills to students and behaves friendly with them.
Dislikes
- I disliked that, college have most of theory portion in 1st year B.tech degree.
- College lower placement rather than massive fees structure
Placement Experience:
The placements for B.tech ICT is very rare chance to it and I want to go for Off-Campus placements and also some open-source platforms like GSoC and contributed in this platforms and learning new skills. There have some comapnies visited for placements in B.tech ICT and CSE also, and some students also passed summer internship program uin J.P.Morgan MnC companies..

- College Infra iis very good compared to college in Gujarat
- College Labs is well equipped with good computer and also the hardware side it is having every component for every hardware system
- Faculty are supportive in the nature , teaching every topic deeply and they are avaialabe for the doubt session also
Dislikes
- Not much placement opportunity in Placement
- Coding Culture is very poor in the College
- in the ICT branch they dont allow to sit in placement session of many company
Placement Experience:
Placement of the Petroleum branch is pretty good like 18Lpa, but placement in my branch ICT is low they pretend its very high in the college website. Placment in CSE branch is heighest of 12 Lpa a startup company name as Shipmnts came and give this. then other local companies visist the campus at 4.8 LPA othet then this the mass recruiter like infosys visit here at 3.6 LPA

- Facilities don't anchorage to run behind the marks, they actually Anchorage to work on our skills which can brought us a good pakage in placement
- Almost all faculties are coming from most popular colleges like IIT's NIT's etc many of them have done PHD, faculties are having good teaching skills
- Campus, PDEU have very big campus, the atmosphere in PDEU is very good.

Yes we do have a good pakage placement
Last year highest placement of btech CSE was 32 lakhs but it was off campus. And average placement pakage is 7-8 lakhs
There are many good companies like JPMorgan, L&T, Accenture, TCS etc coming to over campus for placement

- The infrastructure. Period. Clean washrooms on every floor of every block along with 2 or 3 drinking water dispensers on every floor. Also 2 large libraries.
- Impressive seating space. Lots of places around the college to sit around , study or just hang out with your friends. There are even tens of gazebos with seating capacity of upto 35 people all arpund the college.
- Classrooms have comfortable rotatable seats, whiteboards, projectors, central ACs, softboards, elevation for the seats in the back and huge glass windows with curtains. The classrooms are soundproof.
Dislikes
- Although some people may not mind it, but you can several people smoking, making out around and mostly outside the campus. It makes me feel uncomfortable.
Placement Experience:
5th semester, students can give interviews in companies visiting the campus for placements. Reliance, Yes Bank, Infosys, Jindal Steel are frequent recruiters. Highest off campus placements for mechanical this year is 40 LPA at unknown company. Highest on campus placement last year was 14 LPA for mechanical engg. Almost 100% placements for students who opt for it. My plans are to opt for higher studies if i dont get a high package of 15 LPA or above.

- The laboratories and campus infrastructure are really very good.
- The faculty has a very good expertise in teaching along with great experience. Most of them are IIT PHD scholars and have great knowledgeow
- The campus amenities involve big comfortable classrooms and laboratories along with a dedicated sports complexs
Dislikes
- The teaching method of few of the faculties is worst.
- Some faculties don't even have that practical knowledge which they should possess to provide us.
- The teaching method should be improved as the course curriculum is really brilliant
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for placements after the 6th semester itself. They could give interviews to the companies which visit our College. In their final year students can even acquire a great placement from the companies visiting our College for hiring students.
The companies visiting are TCS,Paypal,JPMC,google and many more.
The highest packages are obtained by petroleum engineering students beacause of the universities specialization in it. Also the average package ranges from 5-6 lpa but not 100% placement is achieved.
Around 70-80% students get placed every year if we talk about all branches overall.
My plan is to achieve a good placement from the college itself after my degree.

What is your review of Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University Gandhinagar (PDPU)?

One of my friends studied at Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDPU), Gandhinagar. According to him, it is the right institution to study Petroleum Engineering.
- They have a very good curriculum, updated to match the industry norms.
- The faculties are highly experienced and also includes industry experts taking classes often.
- The infrastructure of PDPU is well maintained. All departments have their own designated buildings.
- The campus has 3 libraries.
- Workshops and Labs are well equipped with the latest technology. They also have a virtual class facility.
- Their auditorium is one of the best in Gujrat.
- Hostels are newly established, hence have all the necessary facilities.
- The whole campus is wifi enabled.
- They have sports facilities available in the campus, the sports complex is one of the biggest in India.
- Gandhinagar is the capital of Gujarat and the most planned city of India. It is well connected with proper transport facilities.

PDPU Gandhinagar offers a great campus life. The campus life is also vibrant. They host lots of activities in various areas like coding, gaming, debating, etc. Also, lots of workshops are there for different streams. PDPU Gandhinagar has yearly cultural and technical fests known as ‘Flare’ & ‘Tesseract’ respectively. Overall PDPU is good and also has a strong alumni network.
