IIIT Delhi offers an M.Tech program in the various disciplines at the PG level. BE/ B.Tech in the related discipline or M.Sc/ MCA with 65% (55% for SC/ST categories) is the minimum eligibility criteria for admission.

Admission to the M.Tech program is a three-stage selection process:

Stage 1: Shortlisting of candidates on the basis of their marks in the last qualifying degree
Stage 2: Written Test conducted by IIIT Delhi
Stage 3: Interview round

GATE/ GPAT or CSIR-NET score holders will get an additional advantage at the time of final admission.
