For placements at VIPS, are not God level but no less too. Every student here gets a chance to intern with top law firm and then either get to work with them or corporate houses like Aditya Birla Group, Johnson & Johnson and HUL among others are the private players who sign us with an average annual package of 8.25 lakhs.

Our college provide campus placement average package is provided for Rs. 4 Lakh during last year and after the completion of the course. The college also help the students to get placed in good MNC company after completion of course also

Campus placements is good but in mechanical engineering branch there is less placement and less average package as compare to computer science branch but in campus all companies are come like Amazon blackrock etc

Since the B.tech of the college is about 3 years established so no placement taken place right today, But the first placement right to take place this year . Placement cell is very student centric and well for student.

Lowest CTC: Some students may accept offers around ₹3-4 LPA, particularly in smaller companies or startups. 4. Preferred Companies: Most preferred companies include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and various consulting firms like Deloitte and Accenture. The average CTC from these companies typically ranges from ₹6-10 LPA. 5. Bulk Hiring Companies: Companies like Cognizant, TCS, and Wipro are known for bulk hiring. These companies generally offer average CTCs of around ₹6-8 LPA. 6. Role of the Placement Committee: The placement committee is responsible for coordinating the placement process, inviting companies, conducting mock interviews, and providing guidance to students. While the process is generally transparent, some students feel that it could be improved, particularly regarding information sharing about job roles and company profiles. Overall, transparency is moderate but could benefit from clearer communication.

After the completion of final semester exams the final placement starts. It takes around a month for placement to officially get over. Around 10-15% students get final placement and the others don't. The college provides placement opportunity for many many years to ex students as well. The average ctc is around 3-4Lpa, the hightest is around 12Lpa and the lowest can go to 1-1.5 Lpa. Amazon, delloite etc are the most proffered ones don't know about their avg ctc. The placement committee has a strong role in guiding students and giving them opportunity in the placement drive of the college, it also provides many mock interview practices and expert counselling to know more about placements and yes the process is 100% transparent.
