Financial assistance ishan udhoy scholarship this scholarship literally helps those who belong to poor families and helps them in fulfilling their needs.
I like the beautiful campus, playgrounds, gymnasium and also the education system of the university is also good.
Teachers are good and friendly. they help you regarding your problem

Dislikes

Our hostel food is very bad quality. Many times due to the food we suffer from constipation and other unhealthy conditions.
Some of the department also quite bad and some of university area also looking bad.
The hostel mess food is not good and it is unhealthy also

Fun days

Remarks:

I learnt almost everything. Now i can cook even better than my mom, i sew my own clothes so perfectly that people suggest me to open my boutique on which i am also serious so soon i will set it up. This college instilled some dreams in me which i always ignored in my entire life. So basically this college taught me how to live life to the fullest.

Directorate of distance education was established in the year 2001 under Dibrugarh University. Candidates seeking admission into the university have to download the application form and must post it to the university address. Application forms are available in both online as well as offline mode. Candidates can download the application form from the official website or can obtain it directly from the study centres. Downloaded Application Form along with a Demand Draft of Rs.200/- must be drawn in favour of ?istance Education Fund, Dibrugarh University?payable at State Bank. As I have opted for Ba, I had to submit my details of intermediate where I've passed from a recognised board.

Gargaon is a quite a celebrated college in the North-Eastern state of Assam. I come from a different state and while applying for the B.A English degree, I had to submit my 10+2 marks for review. They take 663 students in the B.A course and if you feature in the merit list, you get admission.

A great learning experience

Admission:

Getting admission in any college is not easy, we need to work hard to get into a good college and choose our course. I had worked hard in my school to get good grades to chose the course I wanted. When I applied in this college the criteria of selection were based on my grades in school. I had applied through the online portal and then had to give the entrance exam for the college which was also online. At the time of admission, I had the option of choosing my subjects. During the first year, the students of all branches will have a common classroom for all subjects. It is from the 3rd semester that you will be well acquainted with respective branches. The teachers are very dedicated and cooperative and the classes are held regularly.

Alongside academics, you would be left with enough time to excel through various extra-curricular activities. The annual tech fest “Auxesis” is held every odd semester and the University Week is held every even semester. The workload becomes exhausting during these semesters.

The campus is serene and splendid. The greenery everywhere brings out the best of the serene beauty and creates an enthusiastic environment for studying. Overall, your college time here would be terrific.

Everyone has their own individual perspective and opinions thus; your experience might be very much different and better too.
