The course in our university is very good . During internship the college provide student with external teachers from IIT college so that the student can make the future more bright. The course can be more expanded because a less number of option are there for students to choose. The teacher should also interact with the student for every single question

Keeping a keen interest in learning computers though not being from a computer background I had always dreamt of working in IT Companies which influenced my decision to opt for this course. The laboratory systems help in featuring and clearing the problems through which learning becomes easy. The teaching method should opt for more application rather than theory classes. The exams are quiet modern and more implemented so that the creative level increases

students in the 7th sem are eligible to apper for the placements and lots of companies visited the campus but this time there was less job offers given and the total percentage of students placed was arounf 60%.

Placement rate is very low than previous years. Many companies black listed our college for bad management. But some companies give a good package and highest package was 21 lpa. 50-60% students gets placement but in admissions time they show 100% placements.

It's usually in the end of the 3rd year where some companies attend our campus for pre campus drives, some students are chosen for future internships and important companies come in the 4th year for campus drives so it all about patience and perseverance. Accenture and tech Mahindra are the companies that attend our campus drives every year and some start ups too. So the usual offer made for top students is usually an average of 9LPA and the overall average is 7LPA. There is usually a criteria that only students with no back papers and a cgpa of 7.5 or 8 can sit in interview rounds with the companies. So there is no percentage, depending on the number of intellectual students in the present batch. I plan to first develop my skills in the areas I'm genuinely interested in and then try for some campus placements, get an experience and decide if it's good for me in the long run and if not I'm thinking of doing MBA in future.

In this aspect our college is not performing well . It's average package is only 5lakhs which is less than the fees we are giving. So it should not be the case... Plus the number of companies visiting NIST is also decreasing day by day so the total placement is also decreasing.

from third semester students become eligible for campus. company visited are pwc,wipro,tata,western digital . highest package is 19.15lpa and average is 6lpa. about 80% of students placed in our college.

The syllabus mostly focus on campus placement and for further studies as the semester and the students are mostly focus on getting 9cgpa and syllabus is going on tough when we are going to higher semester
