BITS HD Application Process

Follow the given steps to submit an application for admission to the M.E. program or higher degree program at BITS Goa:

• Interested and eligible candidates should apply through the prescribed application form available online at http://www.bitsadmission.com/hd. 
• A hard copy of the application form is not required to be sent to the college. However, candidates are advised to take a printout for future reference. 
• While filling the BITS HD form online, candidates are required to give preferences for the programs they wish to apply for.
• Candidates who wish to be considered for admission through GATE must enter details of GATE score, year of examination, All India Rank if applicable and Registration / Roll Number). 

• The completed application form along with the prescribed application fee should be submitted online by the prescribed deadline. 
• Those who wish to be considered only through the GATE score must pay INR 1000. While all others must pay INR 3150, including the fee for BITS HD online test.

Note: Those who wish to apply for M.E. Software Systems have to appear in the BITS HD test, and the GATE score has no relevance in merit deciding factor of the candidate.

GATE Application Requirements

• Scanned photograph and signature 
• Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving License/PAN Card/Voter ID/College ID/Employee Identification Card/Notarized Affidavit with Photo, Signature, Date of Birth and Residential Address).
• Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate/Course Completion Certificate.
• Copy of mark sheet of V /VI /VII semester.
• Final year students must submit Provisional Certificate Letter as per format issued by the Dean/Registrar/Head of the Department.
• Candidates in the final year of AMIE have to submit their mark sheet for Section A of AMIE in case of professional equivalent qualifications.
• Caste Certificate/Disability or PwD Certificate (if applicable).
• Candidates pursuing a higher degree or masters have to submit the qualifying degree certificate.
