- I love the library because it was 24/7, variety of books, comfortable.
- My Digital forensic lab, I had accessed to all the tools and software that could required in my study.
- Campus, it good to have variety of events, I joined many from student union events.
Dislikes
- Study experience, was too complicated for me to adapt new education system, I study extra long time to learn.
- Isolation, in classroom I felt isolated, local student don't interact much and I was introvert as well, so it was very hard to cope with that hideous feeling.
- Student support, once I failed the subject and wasn't give another chance, so I had to come to my home country, apply for new visa, went back for study, I was in so much depression, wasted so much time and money, even my study was interrupted.
Campus Life
- there one two campus one in Middlesbrough and one in Darlington. The main campus is in Middlesbrough, but the student who had the class in Darlington had to manage the travel by themself, as there was no transportation from the university.
- I only know that Darlington has the library and lab for the bio students. I don't know any other things for my campus, which is in Middlesbrough; it had everything: a sports building, which included a gym, a football ground, a climbing wall, and a badminton place.
- There was a swimming pool as well but it was off-campus and a little far from the campus. there is a club as well on my main campus which serves the discounted drinks to uni students who provide the student ID.
- There was a whole month dedicated to the event before we started the course which is in September intact, which included nightclubs, question games, disco nights and many others.
Accommodation
- I opt for the off-campus accommodation because, as I said earlier, the on-campus accommodations were good and provided more facilities, but they were much more expensive. I find my fellow roommate with the agent who did my admission and visa process. We manage to get the house in sharing, which was much cheaper than on-campus. However, one has to be cautious of the fraud. the person who helped us was good; he helped us to settle in our new accommodation.
- My suggestion for the future student is to check for the off-campus first and make sure you check with multiple sources that the info you have is correct. There are many Indian communities that can help with these. my accoumodation was 5 to 10 minutes walking distance.

Likes
- Rich community of students.
- International friendly.
- All buildings are in walkable distance.
Dislikes
- I felt like the cafe is comparatively small. But it doesn't affect the studies.
- Whenever there is an expo it is general ones and I never got any emails or any other form of communication regarding that
- The chances of collaboration with home students are minimum
Campus Life
- 2 campuses. One in Darlington and another one in Middlesbrough
- There were 24/7 gym facilities, 24/7 library, a cafeteria, seating spaces in the middle of the campus, etc.
- There is indian society which conducts many programs. Also the freshers' day and end of college day, which are conducted by the university, are marvellous.
- I didn't see any sports event which took place on the campus. But there are a lot of festival programmes.
Accommodation
- I found the accommodation through my friend. You can find some from online markets as well
- The monthly rent at that time was only £100 only and it is not the case now. It was excluding bills
- I didn't face any challenge because my friend had secured an accommodation through his friend. Therefore it was stress-free.
- Please look for accommodations as soon as possible. The number of students has increased and it is now difficult to find one with reasonable price
- My accommodation was just 5 mins walking distance from the Uni
Likes
- Affordable Tuition and Living costs
- Supportive International Office - Good support is provided to International students
- Diverse Student Community
Dislikes
- Limited Job opportunities in the Local Area
- Weather and Location
- Slow Admin Processes - Delays in CAS or transcripts
Campus Life
- The college has recently opened a 3rd campus in London. Library 24/7 is available. Sport and Gym facilities are available, but those are paid facilities. There is a major freshers' week at the University that has different events. There is a breakfast club.
- The Indian society club is available as well. Various student communities are available as well. There is a student organization at the University
Accommodation
- I already had my friends here at Teesside University, so finding the accommodation wasn't that difficult for me. I stayed in a shared, rented 4 BHK apartment. There are student accommodations available that are provided by the university as well. But they are very costly. The accommodation I stayed in was a 10-minute walk from the University. The rent was bit cheaper for me as it was a shared apartment
Likes
- Infrastructure like accommodation and lab facilities with high class amenities
- Affordability for all range of individuals to pursue there career
- Well located to commute all the nearest places around northern england
Dislikes
- Most of the british professors are well known in english language and they teach the lessons very quickly and its not a drawback from the university but before joining an individual should have good ability english skills to cope up with this pace. Nothing much to dislike
Campus Life
- 2 campuses within 20miles distance each other.
- Facilities are vast in the campus they have all types of sports activities, various laboratories with relevant to different course backgrounds, medical services, amphitheaters, stadium and playing grounds etc.
- Student life is the cultural activity building and here the participation of all festivals, parties and events takes place doesn't matter which background the event belongs to.
- They do have community based on the regions and most grand festival is celebrated are diwali and dandiya night party.
Cultural events and social organisations takes place depends on the availability and schedule of the organisation team but there will be activities every academic year.
Accommodation
- Accommodation i took as my friend was already present here before me arriving. So i had sorted out my accommodation in private rental.
- Although u can find accommodation on online platforms and few whatsapp college groups when u enrol.
- Even college has accommodation near to campus providing range of prices and sharing rooms.
- My current accommodation is 15miles away from campus as i choose these option because there would be too much suffocated area around the campus due to students living there and chances of less part time job vacancies.

- There are several reasons why the university is a good choice for someone. I will mention and summarize my overall experience with the university, explaining why I liked it. You may have your reasons for choosing this university, but you will likely agree with at least some of the points mentioned below before making a decision on which university to attend for your master's or higher education.
- Extremely supportive staff, very friendly master thesis supervisors and very well-organised library.
- The fee is affordable. Compared to other UK universities, I found through my research that the fees were significantly more affordable. My other peers who studied in the UK paid almost double the amount in tuition fees that I paid. My tuition fee was around £5,500 in my first year and £7,000 for the following year. I spent around £12,500 on tuition fees, which seems to be significantly cheaper than those of US universities and most British universities.
Dislikes
- Too much racism and politics against people of colour, no proper job guidance, and most of the UK firms will tell you straight no to a position if you do not have a permanent residency or a British Passport. You cannot land a good job on a visa. Needless to say, the chances of them sponsoring your visa are next to impossible.
- Lower QS ranking compared to other universities: Let me be very honest with you in this regard; if you have plans to move into further education after your masters, like I myself did by enrolling in a PhD program, then sometimes during admissions, the QS university ranking does matter while you apply to other universities.
- Limited city life exposure: As I mentioned earlier, if you are a party and booze person, you may miss out on something very significant. Middlesbrough is a village, and it may offer you nature, but not posh nightlife, bars, and late-night party DJs.
Campus Life
- Campus life is pretty nice, and yes it has wonderful facilities like a library, research centres and advanced labs. Main Campus fests are Halloween, freshers Day and Christmas.
- Teesside University currently has two campuses, located in Middlesbrough and London.
- A library, sports club, and facilities including a badminton court, a football ground, a basketball court, and a squash court are present. An excellent rock climbing club is also present.
- Several clubs are there, which include a book club, music club, sports club, etc. Festivals include Christmas, Easter, Halloween, etc.
- 4Among student organizations, we had the student union club, which was very helpful in solving any issues that international students faced. There is also a free mental health counseling service done by university people to help those who are facing nostalgia for their own home country.
Accommodation
- I booked it from Kexgill, and it was one of the best student accommodation agencies in the UK. The monthly rent was around £330. It included all the bills, such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a good heating facility, and regular maintenance. I didn't have any issues finding my accommodation because the university student association helped me secure a suitable place to stay, allowing me to focus on my work.
- My recommendation for future students is to find accommodation either inside the campus or find accommodation from trusted agencies like Kexgill. You can also go for local landlords, but be careful to arrange for a rental agreement, otherwise, any minor dispute may result in you to thrown out on the streets and you would become homeless.

Campus Life
Campus is just awesome you can explore a lot and you can meet different people from different areas . Uni is having 24 hrs library and gym and student union .
Accommodation
I was stayed outside the uni with friends. There will be lot of houses for rentals where you can stay. University accommodation is also good enough but it will little costly what i feel.
Accommodation
The university have few accommodations in different price ranges. Some of the accommodations are sharing and some are single room. You can ask for your choice. The accommodation for boys and girls are mixed, however the security is really good. They respond immediately if someone is in distress.
I am a master’s student pursuing animation with advanced practice at Teesside University, England. I choose this university because it was affordable and it was one of the few universities providing 2 years degree in 3D animation. Also the town is one of the most cheapest places in England.
Accommodation
amazing
because of the feedback i got from a friend who was already studying there.
Campus Life
Campus Life is very good. Surrounding the campus are a lot of restaurants, entertaining stores and even mall which helps students ease their work.
Accommodation
I lived in the cheapest accomodation I could find that was Parkside Halls which costed 340 pounds including electrical expenses. Later I rented a house with my friends which was much cheaper as I had to pay 120 pounds for rent and rest would be for electricity, heating and food.
Campus Life
This is single thing that I can say worthy to pay for it. Library is finest & lab computers can access on cloud based (But sometimes it's hard to access it)
Accommodation
It cost around £280 including light, gas and wi-fi.
