  • I opted for Off-campus accommodation
  • Online Apps and so many Social media groups helps to find the accommodation
  • Weekly 99 GBP with all bills included in the en suite room is the rental.
  • Try to find accommodation which is new built and near campus, as it will save your transport time
  • Mine is a bit far, like a 25 mins walk from the campus , mostly Indian students either stay at Europa or in Campus halls.

  • Only one campus but different departments: management, engineering, medical and so on.
  • There is an on-campus gym, swimming pool, basketball court, rock climbing, and indoor badminton and tennis courts.
  • The campus has two very big and well-equipped libraries with numerous rooms spaces and desks to book and study. From the human body to astronomy, You can find books on every subject there. Very secure access as well.
  • Events keep taking place throughout the entire year; be it career-related or bingo nights, everything is available. Along with bhangra classes, bake clubs, taylor swift clubs, F1 clubs and many more, there are 40+ clubs for students with varied interests that can be joined for free.

  • I just searched on google about accommodations, and i got a list.
  • The other site that can be used is unite students. University accoms can be booked on their website directly.
  • All rents in the student accommodations are inclusive of electricity, water, gas, and heating. Basic necessities like a bed, cupboard a table and chair mattress are provided.
  • Make sure you try to get a virtual tour of the place and talk to people to get insights on different accommodations.
  • My accommodation was a 20-minute walk from the campus. Commutable by bus as well. Cannot comment on demographics, as everyone are scattered everywhere but Europe has the most with the max indian population.

  • There is only one campus but soon they will be opening another campus in India (Bangalore) in 2026.
  • The university has all the major facilities, from 2 modern libraries to sports facilities and medical services and GP serives available and many student societies you can be part of. Different festivals are celebrated. Diwali and Holi are huge events as well. You can join cultural events as well and given enough exposure, depending on your interest,

  • I did my search online depending on my budget. Private accommodations are cheaper in the UK. I chose Europa by This is Fresh. My rent was 105 GBP per week. This accommodation was 10-15 minutes walking from the university. I did not struggle much with the booking.
  • The support team was very helpful and they provided me with discount coupons as well. I booked the room from their website and visited their instagram page to check photos and videos posted. They give good referral discounts—100 GBP per person i guess.

  • The college is more than 100 acres and is situated in the center of Liverpool city. If you would like to let your dean know about your local festival that you celebrate, they will be more than happy to help you celebrate it on campus. The university has all sorts of sports and activities. All you have to do is sign up for it. There are also hundreds of societies.

  • I used off-campus accommodation even though it was very close to my uni. I could get to my class in just 4 minutes by walking. I won't be able to recommend a particular accommodation, as everyone has their own preferences.
  • The price increases if it's en suite. However, student accommodations are usually inclusive of all bills and council tax so you won't have to worry about anything else while you're at uni. I would suggest getting a place as close as you can get if you are planning to walk. If not, it's also ok to take a faraway place if you have a car or moped

  • Libraries , sports , well-being , guilds, biking , cafes, bars, and pools.
  • Students can get involved in lot of activities through guild, like plant pot painting, well being acrobatic activities, sports activities, volunteering, gardening.
  • There are options to take one-day trips through Guild.
  • Now there is going to be a new campus in Bangalore and the main one is in Liverpool.

  • After my course , anyone can work in the field of AI, like Data Scientist, machine learning engineer or AI specialist.
  • But the course alone is not sufficient to gain a job. You need to work independently through self learning and you should start building your profile from Day 1. There is no point in wasting time all the year and working to find work after you get graduate visa

  • I found my accommodation through Amber Student found out about through a WhatsApp group
  • I was staying in a studio apartment which cost me £650 per month; I had a separate kitchen to myself.
  • I found my accommodation easily because I booked it early. If you are looking for student accommodation in Liverpool, you can check out Vita students.
  • My accommodation was 20 minutes walkable distance and most of the Indians stayed in Europa accommodation.

  • There were a lot of campus events happening around the college for example, the Chinese year of Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter day, although you get holidays on Easter day so it’s always busy around the town hall. The facilities that are available are libraries and the sports arena, where you can get to swim, play badminton, tennis, chess, or basketball, or do anything that you like.
  • A very popular event is around Christmas and New Year’s and the events, such as holy and Indian festivals like Diwali are also celebrated and there are different Indian groups which make these festivals even better and they organise all these things in the town hall so you don’t miss out on your culture.

  • My accommodations were by one of my friends who was living there so he was a huge help. And there are tonnes of properties or rooms to rent from Facebook; there are a lot of groups made just for these things. Around £400 was my monthly rent. And the facilities included bills.
  • While finding my own property or accommodation, the challenge I faced the most was viewing them. It takes a lot of effort to view the properties and we need to check each and everything if it is aligning with our needs because changing accommodation can be a hassle every time. Sometimes the owners would also not negotiate the rent amount so you need to be really careful about how to do that.
  • When looking for accommodation, look out for a place that is near to the train station because you might want to travel frequently for your part-time job or for your campus. It is often recommended that you form a group first from your university assembly. Students are looking for accommodation and then I believe you all will find better accommodation together.

  • The University of Liverpool has one college campus in Liverpool.
  • The university has all the facilities, such as two libraries; sports facilities, which include a gym, swimming, squash courts, and a basketball court, etc.; and also a GP within the university for students.
  • There are several events happening at the university every day. When a new intake is happening at the university, there will be several activities happening at the university to explore different aspects and learn new skills along with meeting new people. There are several clubs in the university where each student can relate to and join the club.
  • The student organisation at the university is called Guild of students where the representatives of the club are students themselves. There are several extracurricular events happening at the university organised by guild of students everyday. The sports facility at the university has several sports, such as the gym, basketball, squash courts, swimming, etc many other sports which can be selected based on the interests of the student.

  • I found my accommodation through amber platform which the UK’s recommended student accommodation provider, which helps in getting student accommodation nearby to the university. There are several other platforms as well which offer student accommodation nearby to the university.
  • The monthly rent for my accommodation is 430 pounds and it includes all bills and basic facilities in the room.
  • The challenges I faced with the accommodation were to find the one which is near to the university and also the one which is within a good budget.
  • Try to find accommodation which is near to the university and also to the city centre to get the advantage of going anywhere and finding part-time jobs nearby.
  • My accommodation is like a 12-minute walk from the university and as my university is the University of Liverpool, there is an accommodation called Prospect Point which is very famous for Indians.

  • One campus across different areas. According to my knowledge, there are 3 campuses: North, Central and South. Central campus is the one our courses were mostly on, which is near the Metropolitan Cathedral. North campus is located near NHS hospital. South campus was where our faculty of our course were located, mostly for the social science and humanities faculties.
  • 2 libraries are there which are fully furnished and allow students to sit there for hours and learn with a good collection of research papers and books and online websites and chats. I have not had a chance to check the medical services they provide; however, the campus encourages basketball and team-related activities and drinks with Pizza mostly initiated by Guild or department.
  • Campus has different communities, like livUni Hindu societies or home-country-based cultural events like Holi, Navrathri, Diwali etc. The decorations throughout the Christmas are outstanding.
  • The extracurricular activities I have already said.

  • I stayed with my husband and so I didn’t use University accommodations. We found it using open rent or Zoopla apps.
  • £650 per month excluding utility and electricity bills. Double bedroom, Open kitchen, One Bathroom not attached to bedroom. It was an apartment in Kensington area in Liverpool.
  • Basically, most of the houses prefer residents of UK to international ones. The owners accept offers from them more than they do for us. This completely depends on the owners and their perspectives and the bond they define for that property.

  • University has multiple campuses based on departments, mine was in the management school since I was in marketing. Campus had all basic facilities like library, study spaces, sports centers, gym, and medical services but gym and swimming pool needed extra payment.
  • Events and clubs were handled by the Guild, which is the main student body, they organized fests, networking events, and activities.
  • There were many societies to join, but I didn’t participate much since the course was only one year and time went fast. Most people doing bachelor’s got involved in events, but for master’s students, with part-time jobs and studies, there wasn’t much time for these things.

  • I opted for a private off campus accommodation 15mins walking from uni of liverpool. It was a true student. One of the best accommodations and has branches all over uk in every city.
  • Totally worth the price compared to on campus accompanied as they are highly priced and less amenities when compared to the off campus ones. Even all of my friends took off campus accommodation only.
