What Students Say
Dislikes
- I do not dislike anything as such, but I'd love Uni of Liverpool to bring delegates for campus placements which will help their students land jobs or internships with a good guidance and that'll be a good kickstart to their career.
Course Curriculum
- The research degrees are to the point.
- We had guest lectures, so we knew employee relationships, business management, and more from the people working in the industry.
Admission Experience
- I have been in constant contact with alumni from the University of Liverpool and have seen the depth of their knowledge, which I only came across when I sat in the class and discussed things with the very intelligent professors there.
- Absolutely amazing faculty for every department. Available to help students day and night. I couldn't have found a better education and such good professors for my program elsewhere.
Class Schedule
- Not more than 2 to 3 hours class duration
- The average number of students per class is 60-62
Faculty
- The faculty is absolutely amazing and very, very helpful. We have an online platform where they are in constant contact for anything you need at any time.
Campus Life
- We have a lot of committees that we could join as per our interests. And there are multiple in-class activities and seminars every week to have a hands-on knowledge and experience of your course to jump into your first job after your master's.
Part Time Jobs
- We typically earn £12.21, which is the base range per hour, and we're allowed to work 20 hours during the academic months and 40 hours in the easter and Christmas holidays.
Placement
- We have to continuously be upgrading our Indeed and LinkedIn profiles in search of jobs, which is actually quite a task these days, but also start cold emailing the hrs from different industries to see where we can get.
Accommodation
- I lived in a student village called Arrad house in an ensuite room, which cost me around £664 pounds for each instalment out of 10 for 11 months.
Exams
- IELTS or TOEFL are the most common exams needed to get admission, and yes, SOP, LOR, and a basic resume to get to know your educational background are important.
- My score for IELTS was 7 bands. And they also need a solid SOP to know if you really need to get into the particular university for the particular course, and your background.
Fees
- It was approximately £25000 after deducting the scholarship.
