The university itself offers a wide range of learning facilities, ranging fromthe  LAMBA Data&AI research centre, the YOKO-ONO Theatre, Sydney Jones library, etc. The admission process was simple. I applied through the university's official website with my SOP and undergraduate degree results. I was also offered a £ 5000 scholarship post-admission due to my academic excellence in my Undergraduate degree tenure. Eligibility criteria are a bit strict - You must have more than 7.5 Bands in IELTS to get accepted or 80%+ in High School English. Your academic background should be strong with indulgence in extra-curicullar activites. My overall admission experience was really great. The only challenge I faced was sorting out accomodation but I got through it quite easily as I pre-booked it with the help of University representatives. September 2024 The admission process took around 3 months, with the initial offer and confirmed offer after my undergraduate degree results. I applied to the following universities: University of Liverpool: accepted and took the offer (also got some scholarship) University of Leeds: accepted but i declined the offer because of high tuition fees University of Manchester: accepted but i declined because of fees University of Birmingham: accepted but i declined because the city is considered to have a crime rate University of Warwick: rejected University of Loughborough: rejected University of Exeter: accepted but i declined because of the location and ranking. University of Kent: accepted but i declined because of the ranking and accreditations. Well, warwick is highly competitive and that's the only reason i can think of. I'm not sure why Loughborough rejected my application. I chose liverpool because of the following reasons: Good city to live in, very student-friendly. City is very affordable (properties, groceries, convenience, very walkable city) Reasonable and affordable tuition fees. Good curriculum Management school is triple crown accredited The University of liverpool looks at the candidate holistically. IELTS (minimum score of 7) is something that is usually required. A statement of purpose is expected along with 2 letters of recommendation, either from your graduation professors or your employer. The process is very smooth and straightforward. You upload all the relevant documents as requested and then the university will get back to you in the timeframe advised. I applied to the main intake of september. The course structure was more data science based and I had 3.5 years of work experience around data warehouses and not fully data science. 2021 September intake. My process had taken only 1 month. Usually the application is out around oct 2020 but I had applied in March 2021 as I was trying for USA universities until then and I had received my decision in May. I applied very selectively and the University of Liverpool was my priority. I did receive offers from other universities but that was just plan B. I didn't get rejections, as I applied selectively and not in a widespread manner. The handful of ones that I applied to were all accepted. I had fixed on this university a year before I applied for it. Some of the other unis included Aston in Birmingham There were multiple reasons to choose this university. The city is affordable, which makes life a bit better. The Uni is based in the city centre, which is a good area and all the shopping areas are nearby. Another reason was that I wanted to get into a Russel group institution. The application process was quite straightforward. I had to give my academic and language qualifications to proceed. The admission experience was also quite straightforward. Everything was smooth and there was no bureaucracy from the side of the institution I applied for the September intake. The admission process didn't take long. I don't remember the specifics, as it was a while ago but it was all done in 2-3 months or less. I chose Liverpool, as it is one of the Russell group universities and I love the North of England more than the South. The Application process is quite simple. You have to just register and fill details providing your certificates and statement of purpose. The decision was so quick – within 2 weeks – and there is an English language eligibility test. I got this bye as my 12Th standard English mark is above 80%. But there are other exams like IELTS to prove the same. We need a minimum of 6.0 points in all areas for these exams. Overall, the admission is quite easier if you have your SOP ready. I applied for the September 2023 intake. The quick decision process , the location, and the university being one of the Russell group universities are the deciding factors for me choosing this university. My IELTS score were 8, 7.5, 6.5, and 8 ( overall 7.5) I received 50% of the tuition fee as a scholarship , so I did not have any second thoughts about using some other university over the University of Liverpool. I haven't got rejection from any college which I applied for maybe because of my strong SOP and great score in my bachelor degree. I got acceptances from three, except the University of Birmingham. I might have gotten rejected because I applied really late. And the reason for selecting the University of Liverpool was its module. I got a Commonwealth and many other scholarships, which helped in waiving off the fees. The factor that influenced me to choose this university was their module; the course was aligned to what I was expecting to learn. The admission process was quite simple.
