Course Curriculum
- Great to the point curriculum, classes were well scheduled, not much industrial exposure but good number of students(60-70) in each lecture. Mostly lectures in the morning.
- Somedays a lot of lectures in the day dragging on to the evening. Staff very friendly and eager to answer questions.

- Course Curriculum was upto the mark and well suited to the domain which i chose.
- Campus Infrastructure is too good with well ambient class rooms
- Campus part time job opportunities are plenty with the help of university services
Dislikes
- The class schedule for my course was irregular.
- The markings for the assignments were not as expected.
- The university aid for placements wasnt that good.
Course Curriculum
- The course is a mix of theoretical and practical elements. Some modules are very technical, like "Quantitative Analysis" and "Machine Learning in Practice," which require a good grasp of statistics and programming. Other parts are more focused on decision-making and consultancy, which are practical and interactive. It’s challenging, especially if you don’t have a strong background in math or coding, but the faculty provides a lot of support to help you keep up?.
- Positives:
- Good mix of both theoretical and practical concepts, which is very valuable for the job market.
- Projects and assignments were very close to real-world problems.
- Negatives:
- Sometimes workload is overwhelming, especially during holidays.
- The cost of living is high for international students, which is quite stressful
- 2 to 3 classes per day, mostly from 8 to 4
- My course had 110 Indian students
Fees
- My course fee was 28000 pounds when I joined in 2023. It might now get increased.
- We have the option to pay it in two semesters.
- My rent was expensive and it was around £600 per month. I lived close to the university, so no transportation costs and other expenses were around £200 per month. So it was £800 per month.
- These expenses are subjected to a particular place, where I lived in Leeds.

The course is pretty good and would have been better with more company visits.

Likes
- The University campus is very attractive and makes a very study-friendly environment.
- The module structure and information provided by the University was very informative. However the teaching style was extremely different from India.
- I used to like the weekly seminars of each Module which were more practical based however not entirely always related to theory.
Dislikes
- I did not like the teaching style of teachers as during lectures 90% of the time they only used to read out the slides instead of explaining.
- I did not like the practical aspect of course as they did not help with placements at all or invited more companies for the same.
- I did not like the exam pattern as well, there was only 1 assignment submission required for each module which used to put a lot of pressure on grades and there was no other chance for grades to be improved which also made you lose interest while studying the module.
Course Curriculum
The course modules were extremely relevant according to today’s time and the syllabus was to the point. However no industrial experience was given during the course or any practical exposure was provided, it was more research-based and theoretical. The only research experience I got was from my dissertation.
Fees
The program fee for international students was £24000 which was paid in two terms making it £12000 for each term I.e. 6 months. However this year they have increased the tuition fees to £26000 or £28000 per annum.
Course Curriculum
I feel the course has an amazing structure and teaches us about a great deal of relevant topics. The exposure we get is great.
Fees
My cost was £16500 but now it's is above £20,000.
