• Around 96% of graduates either pursue a job or higher education within 6 months of completing their course. The MPhil programme is primarily designed as a preparation for PhDs. Most students continue with a PhD either at Cambridge or at another university. As a result, it is hard to distinguish the number of students who pursued a job.
• As about career prospects among students who pursued a job. Many had their return offers from their undergrad internships. Given the market condition, few graduates are working in the UK.
• Those who are working in the UK – there is a huge diversity of firms they are working in. This includes FAANG, early-stage startups, and major computer firms like AMD, ARM, Roku, etc. These firms typically pay around £60,000 - £72,000.
• Top quant finance firms have a preference for Cambridge graduates due to their theoretical rigour. These elite firms include Citadel, Jane Street, Qube Research, Selini Capital, Jump Trading, etc. These firms are competitive, even by Oxbridge standards, and are reserved for the elite graduates. Their pay is the major reason for their cut-throat competition, averaging around £80,000 for an entry-level quant developer.

• Finding accommodation can be challenging; however, since my application got accepted early,. I got the invitation from Wolfson College to stay in their accommodation. The monthly rent was around £780 (£190 per week), which included heating, water, weekly cleaning facilities, a gym, and internet. My accommodation was within the college campus, so I didn't have to worry at all.

• 95% of the batch gets jobs within 6 months of completing their course. The average salary range is 80-90K GBP gross. Students find jobs through networking, LinkedIn, CV lib, recommendations, etc.
• There is no formal placements process which is unfortunate but there are abundant opportunities once you have a graduate visa. Major MBBs and tech and consulting companies prefer Cambridge MBA grads.
• Average Package: £80,000 to £90,000 per annum

• I was provided college accommodation. Cambridge has a unique collegiate system which is different from any other university.
• There are 30 colleges in Cambridge University which are responsible for accommodation and food and have no meaning in academics.
• The monthly rent was around 50000 rupees and it was 1 km from my department. The food was also provided near accommodation.

Although there are no placements in this course yet it gives other benefits. This includes information sessions and workshops, training programs to identify and develop key employability skills, etc. And yes we all know the value of a Cambridge degree.

Cambridge University is itself a brand name. Being a student at this university is itself an honour. The admission procedure includes filling out the admission form at the official website of you qualify for the eligibility criteria.

The opportunities post university are very good and the degree offers excellent prospects. Most students in law tend to work at legal firms, whether in the UK or overseas.

One of the best undergraduate law programs in the world. I appreciated the world-class teaching and the professors who were at the leading edge of their subjects.

Generally good. Students usually just find graduate work opportunities on their own, but the careers service is quite active.

You do a placement year abroad in year 3 in a country of your choice: you can either study, do an internship or find a job. There's a desirable level of flexibility. It allows much better fluency in your chosen language(s). Cambridge graduates tend to be very employable due to the notoriously tough nature of the degrees.

It's prestigious and this means that graduates often enjoy excellent job opportunities. It's hard to get into (interview process, high grades, etc.) so the need to work hard to get in was a source of motivation when I was studying for my A level exams.
