Review of VNRVJIET

Our college provides good opportunities for students with ideas and helps them to apply for funding of their project. Sports facilities are very good and students are encouraged to indulge in sports activities. Some of the faculty is not very good and the labs are also not that good when it comes to equipment.

The course curriculum is pretty satisfying it is as required for an ece student. The exam structure is there will be 2 mid term exams in a semister and there will assignments. Mid exams and assignments constitute for internal exam. And there will be semister exams considered as externals. Weightage for internal 40% and for external 60%.

Our college provides campus placement and it has one of the highest placement percentage among Colleges in Telangana. The highest package received this year was 14lpa offered by JPMC. Coming to internship there is no specific help from the college we get a notice from college of any company is providing internship.

Our college has many technical and cultural feats. Convergence is technical fest where many fun activities are conducted by students. There are also many competitions based on coding and other skills. There will be technical presentations. Sintillashunz is 3 day cultural fest where students enjoy their time dancing, eating and hanging out with friends.

For an an academic year the college fee is 98500 and there could be extra fee for library facilities, lab facilities which has to be paid compulsorily at the start of academic year. Recently the college has requested the govt to increase the fee for an academic year so there is no guarantee that next year the fee will be same.

Scholarship is provided to most of the students who meet the eligibility criteria provided by the govt of Telangana. For students with Eamcet rank below 10000 govt pays the whole fee. For students having Eamcet rank above 10000 35000 rupees is provided as scholarship.

Coming to extra curricular activities there are many clubs like singing, dancing, acting, literature, film making and student chapters like IEEE vnrvjiet, iete vnrvjiet etc. Our college has a sports complex with excellent sports facilities. The labs are well equipped but sometimes the equipment doesn't work very well.

Yes most of the seniors are very helpful to students. They guide the students about the skills they need to learn and what is the current trend in the world. Seniors also help students to build better communication skills and conduct mock interviews for students.

There are three ways to get in VNRVJIET 1) Based on Eamcet exam score rank govt will allot seats to candidates meeting the eligibility criteria this category-A seat allotment 2) based on JEE MAINS score college will allot some of the seats to students who apply for admission using b- category 3)If any seats are left out after conducting above process then college will allot seats to students who apply for spot admissions Seats will be alloted based on merit

Some of the faculty are well experienced and good. Faculty identify the students with Interest and offer them an opportunity to work on research papers and improve their skills.Though some are not very good at teaching.
